FIX IT YOURSELF ITS EASY!!! I had my iPhone 11 fix here and they couldn't get it right . My screen was cracked. I took the phone back 2x and still had problems with it . I paid 200 for this. My Face ID wouldn't work at all after he "fixed" it ... I had enough . So in a last ditch effort I bought a replacement screen from Amazon and watch you tube on how to replace a screen. 65 bucks for this screen. Upon taking the phone apart I noticed he left a screw out. I noticed that my screen is sitting high on my phone on one side. Seems that when I dropped it, the frame bent so they weren't actually able to get the screen on all the way. To make matters worse a small stress crack appeared that didn't take long to go from one side of my phone to the other. I took it back to show Mike and he said yeah so what. I said it's a stress crack and he said maybe - with your bent frame the screen could crack and you'd have to fix the frame to prevent that. Kind of wish he would have mentioned that before I paid for a screen that was going to crack in less than two weeks. read more

BEWARE, Unprofessional, damaged the IPhone camera upon repair. We Called to schedule to have the back glass replaced for Iphone. Promptly Paid for the part and waited for it to be delivered. Mike the owner was scatter brained and kept saying he didn't know where the part was. After multiple texts it was finally located and we immediately brought it in. After the repair we pick the phone up, he say "repairs are not under warranty" then he shows me that the camera is now not focusing. We brought the phone back in and Mike proceeds to say that it was already damaged, we have pictures within an hour before the repair that were not out of focus. Mike says " we are lying" and he takes no responsibility for anything he may have done to cause the issue. BE CAREFUL HERE!!! read more

The guy said he could have it done while I waited or could come back and pick up I had my kids in tote so said I'd be back no rush. Please be careful of going to this guy to repair your iphone or iPad. He is a reap off. He charges a ridiculous price without doing a good job. I took my son's iPhone to him after charging $167 within five minutes of his service. The same problem he said he fixed reoccurs a month afterwards, we took it back he apologize and fixed it with assurances. The same issue reoccurs two months after. I came here to get my iPhone X screen fixed. They were able to complete the repair in about an hour for $200. However they did not replace the screen with genuine Apple parts which, isn't to be expected. The screen they used is slightly blue-tinted and not totally responsive to the 3D Touch. It is nice that it is fixed but wish they used better quality parts. read more

August 2nd I call this company and a guy by the name of Mike (Owner) answers. Nice guy. I was in need of a new phone screen, so Mike told me to come on in. Upon arrival I was greeted and explained my situation. I was told I could buy a generic screen or premium. I proceeded to ask the difference in the two? Do generic screens break easily. I was led to believe there isn't much difference besides the warranty the two car, and of course quality. Well, here I am, 40 days after purchase, my screen has started to rise up off of my iPhone. I can see inside lights on the top. When I called Mike, he acted as if generic parts are going to do this, to no surprise. I ask is this normal, because if so I asked when I bought the screen. I broke the screen on my iPhone 4s a few months ago when I dropped it. I was learning to live with it, but, as it became less sensitive to the touch, I decided to search Yelp for a company that had excellent reviews. When I found Mobile iPhone Glass Repair and read all the wonderful reviews I knew I'd found the right company. I called Mike, he answered his phone immediately and offered to either meet me at Desert Ridge and fix it for $75 or come to my home for $80. I opted to have him come to my home to repair my phone. He told me there were a few appointments ahead of me, but he would come out in the afternoon of the same day. Mike was an excellent communicator from the beginning. He answered his phone quickly, let me know when he was on his way, texted me when he was 5 minutes out and again when he was in my driveway. He quickly went to work disassembling my phone and had the screen fixed in under 15 minutes. I happily paid him and he was on his way. Laster on that day I went to take a photo and my iPhone 4s camera wouldn't focus. I tried various fixes to no avail and even did a little online research. This is a great story. My mom came to visit us here in AZ and only two weeks prior had cracked the glass on her 5c. After doing a little Yelp research, like you may be, calling Mike was an easy decision. The results are why I'm writing this review. As we are finishing our lunch in Scottsdale, just an hour after my family arrived, Mike strolls in after our pre-arranged meeting, unbeknownst to my mom! I dropped my iPhone 5 on my lunch break yesterday and of course my luck of no damage finally ran out and my screen shattered into a million pieces. I quickly slapped a piece of packing tape on it so I wouldn't slice my fingers open trying to use it and glass wouldn't fall out everywhere. They told me the screen couldn't be replaced and since I was out of my warranty, I had to replace the whole phone to a tune of $269+tax. I thanked them for their time and started my Yelp search for another less expensive option immediately. It was late when I found iPro iPhone Repair last night so I waited and called them on my lunch break today at work. Mike answered immediately and when I told him my woes he assured me that he should be able to fix it and said he could come out and take a look at the damage after his next appointment. Took my iPhone 7 (only a few months old) with cracked screen to this place. The guy replaced the screen for $130. After a couple of weeks, phone stopped working altogether. Took it to Apple. They opened up and found adhesive caked in the sim card tray. Although I was under warranty, they informed me the warranty was now voided because a 3rd party tampered with it and that the technician had caused the damage. Took the phone back to him to tell him that he voided the warranty and that the adhesive had fried the phone. He took no responsibility for it. He blamed Apple saying that everyone has trouble with them and that they do not take care of customers. I have never had any trouble with Apple and have always had great customer service. I argued with him about his work and asking what he was going to do about it. He said it wasn't his fault and that it was Apple's fault for treating customers this way. After spending the next couple of weeks (now a month) without a phone, took my old phone in, along with my son's old phone. My old phone's touch screen didn't work, so I asked him to swap screens as a favor since he screwed up my other phone. He did and the phone still didn't work. He swapped them back and when he handed them to me, my old phone's screen was broken. It was cracked diagonally across the front and along the top corners were shattered. When I pointed it out to him, he acknowledged it, but as if we brought it in that way. Now I have a non-working iPhone 7 with a $130 screen and voided warranty, a non working iPhone 6 with a broken screen and another iPhone 6 that doesn't work!! Very dissatisfied. He's nice, but doesn't know what he's doing. Not willing to take ownership of his mistakes. read more
