I am very unhappy with the service I had received from Will. He first asks for a deposit to keep our appointment date and time which is understandable. However leading up to our wedding he had failed to communicate nor be accommodating. We had asked for him to attend the wedding rehearsal and without any explanation he states he will speak with the venue and explain to them why he cannot attend. Will claims he is very experienced in this field which I don't doubt. I'm sure he is a great minister, however his lack of care to the bride and groom on top of time management is unacceptable. On our wedding day the entire wedding was on hold waiting for Will to arrive, I understand there is traffic and there was a graduation happening around the same time but to me that is no excuse to be late to your appointment where he accepted a deposit and expects full payment for his services. As the bridal party was waiting for Will's arrival he had called not the venue, not the coordinator, but he called the Groom to leave the ceremony to go find him so the groom can help him find the venue. If Will had only taken 1 hour of his day to attend the wedding rehearsal he would have known the venue location, the start time and sadly the bride and grooms name who had hired him. Minutes before walking down the aisle Will had asked me and the groom questions about our relationship and how we met so he can make it seemed like he cared. It was a relief the groom and I had written our own vows otherwise I'm sure we would have stood up at the alter in silence. To finish off our marriage he announced us husband and wife but called us the incorrect name. He called us Mr and Mrs Jason. I am very sad, disappointed and overall very embarrassed towards my guests. read more

Don't let the name fool you! I reached out to several officiants in the area and Will had the best price for the service I requested. All I wanted was someone to lead the wedding ceremony and sign the papers! My husband and I applied for and picked up our own marriage license at the Los Angeles Norwalk County Clerk a couple of weeks before the wedding day. We also submitted the signed marriage license a week after our wedding. We received the official marriage certificate about a month later. Will was very understanding with us, which I really appreciated! I was a little apprehensive so I asked Will to sign a contract, which he did! He was early on the day of our wedding. We didn't have a religious ceremony but he took the time to listen to our story and incorporated it in his speech with some humor (I think he knew we were nervous!). I'm only giving this place 1 star because I have to !! Will Young is extremely unprofessional, if you want your wedding to go perfectly then don't ( I repeat DON'T hire him ) My brother & sister in law had planned a beach wedding and had met with Will prior to their event , he assured them he has performed many weddings at the beach and knew exactly where the location was . The big day came around and wedding was set to begin at 7:00 pm , we had a small party so all our guest had arrived . Will calls saying he's running really late and there is too much traffic etc . Says he will be 30mins late !! 30 minutes turned into him being 1:45 minutes late!!!! We had a reservation for dinner following the ceremony and thanks to Will all of our plans were thrown off because he was almost 2 hours late !! I'm so upset that he ruined what was supposed to be a perfect day . Thankfully the restaurant was able to seat us and the rest of the night turned out really nice ! There is so much to write about how unorganized & unprofessional he is but I don't want to spend hours typing , please take my advice and don't trust him with something as important as your wedding day ! read more
