horrible service! in the beginning i thought they were great until i came to pick up my macbook (2 weeks later) and nothing that fixed worked! the put a oc drive from a different model in my computer and one of the keys on my keyboard didnt work! on top of that when i took it Computer Center in hayward (great service) i found out that mobile mart had lost a few of my screws!!!! i called mobile mart and the guy says "sorry mam its been to long i dont know where they are" !!!! then said he had another call and hung up on me!!!!!!!! they probably can fix phones but when it comes to computers they dont know what they're doing and on top of that they are rude and irresponsible! read more

Brought my broken iPhone here and they charged me $165.00 including the glass protector. Which was all fine and dandy until the damn screen started popping out. It was also uneven but whatever. Instead I went to Herman on Hayman street. Way better! Plus mobile mart workers are rude and they speak in their language so it's totally awkward but it's too late now, wish I would've known better. read more

This guy and business is by far the worst business I ever been to if you call it that...I took my IPAD in for repair due to my cracked screen it wasn't so bad one single line across, but I came in the store because of another reason he said he could fix my screen and I asked him in he ever had done a screen for an iPad he said he done lots well long story short...he charged me first and than gave me iPad. The iPad had his own finger prints on the inside YES the inside the screen also wasn't sitting properly, showed him and he's reply was "it will sit in a couple of day". Waited came back and told him the screen wasn't sitting properly and also pointed out that there was a scratch on the inside of the new screen he had replaced and also the I button wasn't sitting properly so it was closing my apps. When I pointed this out to him he replied that I had done that damage...people like this should not be in business!!! DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE, YOU'LL BE SORRY....! This place was an absolute ripoff! I brought my PS3 here with the issue of YLOD, they said they could fix it, fair enough. They had it ready that day, the person who gave me back the PS3 told me not to turn it on today, but tomorrow because it might not work properly after immediate repair. I paid him 100 dollars because that was the price, I then went home then waited the next day. About mid day I turned on the ps3 played for about two hours then I did homework and went to sleep. In the morning I turn on my PS3 and it had the YLOD again and it wouldn't turn on, I return the console to him that day, and I cannot get a refund but he will try again. I was mad about no refund but I let him attempt to repair it again, mind you the day of the week is Thursday. Today is now Monday, I picked it up about an hour ago, and the condition of my PS3 is fatal, I play for 5 mins and a notification on screen reads something along the lines of it becoming too hot and to turn it off and turn it back on later, and after a few seconds, it turned off by itself. And that is what is persisting right now -_- This place a ripoff and I hope they go out of business, the people had no idea what they were doing. If you read this DO NOT look past this and proceed with letting them fix it. And I left a game in there and still have it, at least that's something. I am late on writing these reviews. It's been a while since he "fixed" my ipad and iphone. First, the ipad. Anytime I tap a number, sometimes it taps it twice, other times once. I told him about it and he said that's normal....No it's not. Secondly, a new iphone 6 plus. He replaced the screen a week after we got it and the sensor that makes the screen go dark didn't work. Again, it's normal and he couldn't fix it. I took the phone to Herman's cell phone repair and he fixed it perfectly. They're nice enough at this place, but quality of work isn't the best. read more

Took my iphone 6 here to get my cracked screen repaired. Had some bad reviews on yelp but it was close to work so i decided to give it a try. Got my phone back and now my home button doesn't work!?! Was told if there was any issues to bring it back and they would repair it. Well I come back and now they tell me they cant do anything for me and tried making all kind of excuses. Tried to offer me a free temper glass to make up for messing up my phone. Whats the point if your phone doesnt work! Stay away from this place. These guys are horrible! read more

they broke the LCD of my laptop while coming back from New York. I was going to get me a new laptop but a friend of mine told me to go to Mobile Mart. He had been there a couple of times and had good experience with them. Even though I am very skeptical when it comes to technicians and their services but this John guy totally bought me. Not only that he fixed my laptop on a timely manner without any problem he was very reasonable with the amount he charged me. My new laptop could have caused me close to a $1000 but I paid a fraction of the price and I have my laptop working perfectly. I really appreciate their service and I told the guy he won my business. I think the guy is trustworthy. read more

Very horrible service, I made a yelp account JUST to specifically do a review on this place. Not only is the indian guy a creep for looking through my pictures and messages once he gave me back my phone ( I made sure to clear my apps before I gave him my phone, thats why i know he was looking through them) But was extremely rude to other customers as well. Took him under 10 minutes to fix my phone which clearly meant he didn't even bother to take his time on it to fix it RIGHT, messed up my front camera which wasn't even broken before and all he had to say when I complained to him was "You can have a free case". Shady business practices! I dropped off my game system to be repaired by them and was told it would be done within a day. I got a call from the guy who works there the following day saying there would be a delay because they needed to order the part. Game system got fixed-but since I didn't pick up my system soon enough after repair, they "recycled" it without warning. I found this out when I tried to pay and pick up my system. I was pissed to find out this is how they do business. If I would have known that they will "recycle" your property without warning I would never have come to this place. No effort to resolve issue by the guy who works there-it's my problem for waiting too long to pick it up. The guy was a complete jerk to me and has no business ethics or customer service skills. I'll never go there again or recommend mobile mart to anyone. Any respectable business can readily provide their customers with documentation on the stores policies and procedures for repairs. The guy who worked there said their policy was on the receipt, but refused to show me anything in writing about "recycling" customers property when I asked to see written documentation on the policy. I wouldn't even give this place one star if I had too. Just hear me out, I brought an HTC phone in here to have the screen fixed. After the first week, they said that the screen they had wouldn't work and they would have to order it, then, after calling them in the second week, which, their answering machine took me to their cell phone number, which I called, and was IGNORED to their voicemail, which was FULL, I had to wait. So I went in person and saw they were just sitting around talking and not bothering to care on what was going on with my phone. Finally by the third week, it was supposedly "fixed". First off, the GPS didn't work anymore, the vibration function on my phone was broke too. So I went back, and they were going to charge me more money to fix what the screwed up! HORRIBLE SERVICE, so my advice to any person wanting to go here to get their phone fixed, DO NOT, FIND SOMEWHERE BETTER!!! I'm serious, I was stupid enough to believe if I paid 120 dollars the first time they would get it right, and I was horribly mistaken, and I learned the hard way from this place, I'm not exaggerating at all. on monday i was at mobile mart and asked them for a iphone 3gs lcd screen and the guy was really nice and he sold me one for a reasonble price. when i got home and i was tryn to fix my phone i realized that the screen was for the reguler 3g phone so the next day i went back to get it exchanged for the right screen and there was this lady she was really rude and i she gave me a totaly diffrent price than what the guy gave me and she wouldnt exchange the part and the mistake was on there side so she sayed that she would sell me a new one for 250 and would deduct 45 on the other screen i dint wanna do that i did not understand why she would charge me 250 for the same screen they guy charged me 45 so she told me she will call me as soonest they guy starts his shift. no call till 6:30 so i went back and the guy was acting completly diffrent than when i met him the first time and they did not exchange the part for me even though it was there misstake and for the same screen they wanted 45 on monday they asked me for 250 on tuesday. all i can say about this place is no sales man experiance, no custemour service skills and no exchange policy even if the misstake was on there side. and the lady was very rude. read more
