After an hour of fiddling with it, I just left it alone and thankfully overnight. The car seemed to miraculously correct itself. I don't know what the tech did whether or not they disconnected the battery or whatever they were doing trying to pull codes but an emissions inspection on a newer car shouldn't be that complicated. Oh and wait until you see the pictures I took of their ceiling. You can get very sick just by going to this place because they don't clean their vents.
