This was my first time using this facility and it was a great experience. The service Requested was amazing and the team members were very friendly. They offered me a Courtesy check and I found out what was wrong with my car. They even had kids movies playing to keep my kids entertained. I did not have to wait very long. Brought my car in for a simple emissions inspection, and the guy was pleasant enough and helpful and they got to it within an hour, which was fine and to be expected, but afterwards, my CarPlay wouldn't work, and my dashboard was completely screwed up. After an hour of fiddling with it, I just left it alone and thankfully overnight. The car seemed to miraculously correct itself. I don't know what the tech did whether or not they disconnected the battery or whatever they were doing trying to pull codes but an emissions inspection on a newer car shouldn't be that complicated. Oh and wait until you see the pictures I took of their ceiling. You can get very sick just by going to this place because they don't clean their vents. It's the nastiest dirtiest AC system I've ever seen in a business. read more

What an incredible experience at my local Firestone Complete Auto Care center. I have a diesel and it was time to change out the dual batteries. Firestone was around 10 minutes from home and decided to give them a try. I checked the prices the day before. They were right in the ballpark with the pricing of the batteries my truck needed. I was able to make an appointment for first thing the next morning. Tammy, the manager met me and let me know about the safety protocols the store had put into place due to COVID-19. Dion, my service tech pulled my truck into the bay and then invited me to sit in my truck while he checked the two batteries. I watch his wipe down the truck before I got back in the truck. After checking the batteries, it was time to replace them. In less than an hour, I was out of there and back on the way home with two brand new batteries. The truck was starting SO much better now. I went to the Firestone in Arlington Tx off pioneer.....and they treated me so bad. I was sent to this place from my insurance and I was not treated right at all. I showed the Rep the text and after him looking at the text he didn't want to see my tire. It made me so upset he said he could see it from the window without even looking at me. They another man came out and he was "white" but I felt like they was were just siding with the insurance rep that text me. I risked driving there and potentially having a blow out for them to not touch my car.... is crazy! I called today and talked to the supervisor he was so cool but my experience will not allow me to go back to that location. Everybody is going through things and when came up there I was already scared driving slow and then when they treated me that way it just was down hill. I work insurance so before making assumptions a investigation is needed for sure.... this was a horrible experience for me... but hopefully they get talked to and that never happens again. I felt like because I was black they were handling me that way but the sup assured me that was not the case. I will take his word for it. read more

Went in to the store this morning to have a stripped lug nut removed and the shop manager told me that it would cost over $140.00 to remove it and even though I had a brand new lug nut I ordered from work they couldn't use it and that they would have to order the part. He then stated that they would have to completely remove the wheel and brakes. I said na. Ima go somewhere else. I went to a tire shop a few miles away and had the lug nut removed for $10.00. The shop manager wouldn't even go outside and look at the wheel and he completely blew me off. I'll never go back to this store. read more

Got a tune up from them a couple year ago and my car was falling apart with multiple problems after that. Fast forward to now, for whatever reason decided to give them another chance.. I called them to see if they could do an alignment on my car and not only did they assure me they could. They said as long as it's not too low they can do it. Once my appointment came I drove there only to be told they cannot do my alignment if there is even the slightest drop in the stock suspension... it had to be stock height to do an alignment. The Firestone on Bridgewood... took my SRX in for an oil change and a few days later oil is leaking, I take it back and the mechanic had put the oil filter on wrong. ok just a mistake, but I'm sitting here now 2 years later for the 4th time for the same reason. When I take it to Firestone NE Mall no problem, but when I come to this one because it's closer. Last time I was here a month ago for this same problem, the guy behind the counter told me that it's been the same mechanic each time. I'm praying that he hasn't permanently damaged something. I asked if someone else could please fix it this time and God I've learned my lesson, I won't be back. Funny thing is the first time I came here the guy in line in front of me was complaining about getting an oil change and he noticed oil leaking from his car the next day.. They try to run your bill up with all sorts of nonsense because they make commission by selling parts. Then they throw out words like, "lifetime brake pads" and "never worry again" which is actually a lie. Came in for brake pads and to re-mill ONE rotor and they want to redo entire brake system for over $1,000(replace BOTH front calipers and sell me TWO new rotors) then claim anything less would be a liability and against store policy. Taking my and my family's business elsewhere...forever. Found a place nearby to re-mill the rotor and new brake pads for $130. read more

The 50 something man behind the desk appears to be a retired drill sergeant or such. His goal is to make sure you know, that you are as dumb as dirt and not worth his time today or anyday. He makes no ffort to speak to you in a friendly or respectful manner. And if you are unable to explain in technical terms what is wrong with your vechicle than you are less than intelligent. I asked them to look at the brakes and muffle on my daughter's car, the estimate was $5000 Save your time & money, there are better auto shops that really care about your safety before your billfold. read more

I had a 4PM appointment for a simple oil change. I waited at the counter for 20 minutes before someone finally acknowledged I was there. If this had not been a fleet car requirement, I would have left. It took an hour and a half with an appointment for an oil change. That is totally unacceptable!!! I have received your response but I'm not the only person that was disappointed in the service that day. It appears that is standard operating procedures at that location. If you can't invest the time to take a look for yourself without me having to look up invoices and provide you with detail it isn't worth the hassle. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I had good experiences before at Firestone, however, this one wasn't as great. I had a flat tire and went to this particular location on Sunday at 4pm. The first guy I talked to perry nice guy he said that he needed to order the tire and would be able to get it done the next day. I called Monday 9am just to see the progress on my car. I talked to a guy name Ryan and he said that he will get the tire and should have the tire in by today and replaced. I called at 4pm to follow up. He stated he still waiting to come in. Ryan finally Called me 5:30pm stating that it was too late now for tire to come in and that I need to come the next day. That is weds! If that was the case if he would have told me sooner I could have taken to discount tires and got it fixed. I went to Firestone and got my car and took my business somewhere else. Ryan really didn't care it seemed like! Updated: The store manager called me and resolved the issue! He was nice and professional! read more

Ran over some glass at baseball practice around the corner and worried I wouldn't make it home popped in to this firestone. It was just before closing and they had a lot of other customers they were hustling to take care of, but Antoine still took time to look at my tire and go over options. They did not have the exact tire I needed and I had warranty service so we decided it would be best for me to take to my dealer but he wouldn't let us leave before airing it up and making sure it would make it back over to Grand Prairie safely. These days it is so rare to come across people with this level of customer service that have a sincere care about people. Management here is a bit of a dumpster fire. I think the personnel is trying, but lack solid leadership is holding them back. I had some relatively minor problems on my last visit that were resolved and ultimately my car was repaired correctly. I hope it gets better there as I would like to try them again. I've gone to firestone many times and went in for a routine tire alignment. I was lucky enough to have someone pick me up versus having to wait 2+ hours like I normally have to. The service to drop off my car was good, quick and set expectations of 3 hours. But after that... Things went south. I called after 3 hours to get an update and was told to pick my car up the next day. Having to explain I needed my car in the morning they said it would take another 2 hours. The explanation I was given was they had 1 alignment machine and they had a car on it. I highly doubt it would take 5 hours to get the previous car complete. Especially when I was given the expectation of 30-45 minutes after my car was on the machine. An explain was definitely warranted outside having only 1 machine. On the bright side my car was complete at the end of their day. read more

I brought my car in last night so they could start on my alignment and tire rotation early in the morning. I told them I needed it by 11:00am. They said "not a problem". I called at 10:45 just to check on status. They said they were running a little late and would call me when completed. I took an Uber thinking it would surely be done by 11:30am. It's now 1:00 pm and I'm still waiting!!!! And no updates. I was supposed to be on the road at noon for vacation. Needless to say I will not be back. read more

Very very slow service. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation and they informed me it would be around 30-45 minutes. I waited over two hours. When I checked out I found that my tires weren't rotated. I will never return to this store and I highly encourage others to seek another location or a different company. read more

This place really tried to rip me off. They said it would cost $800 to fix my car air conditioner, and that's with a big discount. The engine light came on and my 2006 Ford F-150 was making noise so I stopped into this Firestone- which I have used often in the past and had no real problems with them. I have no other way to get to work, so keeping my truck running was VERY important. They listened to it and said it was most likely the timing chain and to get it fixed fast before it damaged the engine and the engine had to be replaced. OK- I don't speak truck, so I had to take their word. Made arrangements to take it in first thing the next morning. Turned out to be the ignition system/spark plugs (which were all changed at the dealership in June of 2018, I have put 20,000 miles on the truck since then) It's odd, in June 2018 they told me they could NOT change the spark plugs in this model as they were too hard to reach, now they had no problem. My problem with this visit...$32.99 EACH for 8 spark plugs ($263.92 total), $229.92 for the coil on plug boot and ignition coil and $13.99 to change a light bulb! I guess they saw a sucker coming..are the spark plugs gold tipped? I will be looking for a new place to take my truck in the future. One that doesn't make me feel like I was taken for a ride. Don the store manager and the L1 master Tech looked at my wife's Mazda 3. The vehicle was making a clunk over bumps and thenthey quoted me $800 for a lower arm. Are you kidding?!? The part is $50 and there is no way that it would require intensive labor. I removed the control arm myself and come to find out the part wasn't bad at all. Zero stars. These shoddy, incompetent rip-off monkeys shouldn't have a license to operate. I took my car in to replace my windshield wiper blades (not the motor mind you) last year and I got my car back with windshield wipers that failed to work next time I tried them in a thunderstorm (lesson learned, check them before you leave). Recently, I tried to get my inspection done there out of necessity and they said that my onboard computer was malfunctioning and that it would take $100.00 just to "diagnose the problem." They couldn't give a time estimate, and on top of that, they said that it would likely be "a few hundred bucks to fix it once they figured out what was wrong with it, PLUS $40.00 to inspect it. I didn't believe them. Went to another garage and they plugged in just fine. They straight out lied to my face because they thought I was too stupid to ask someone else. PS: when I got my car back from their failed attempt to rip me off, I was missing my gas cap. read more
