Our axel and bearings had blew and we were looking at a long wait for parts. Woody came out and assessed the damages. He found the parts and was diligent. He even drove to Phoenix to pick up the parts. Woody came out when he said he would and worked in the cold rain to do the repairs. He gave us an exact quote and didn't charge any more even though he worked longer than he estimated. They came out to change our 20' awning that tore in some pretty hard winds right before we departed home... we figured we'd get it done somewhere during the trip. They also fixed a gutter that was pulling out a bit. In the process, they noticed the vinyl inserts on both sides of the roof were in pretty bad shape... cracked and pulling out. While replacing the second one, they identifies a significant issue with the slide-out we just had repaired (twice) at Darren Bideaux RV... which cost a pretty penny!!! It appears all the screws in the upper half of the aft slide-out frame were stripped, and the slide-out was probably going to fall out sometime during the trip. They repaired it on the spot THE RIGHT WAY!!! This could have resulted in some significant problems on this trip. They rearranged their schedule to get us fixed today (Monday) due to out travel schedule. They DID NOT try to bleed us for every penny they could, were very reasonably priced, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and on time!!! Justin and Trevor also said I could call them anytime while we were on the road if we had issues or questions, and they would help us with whatever they could. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!!! I'm contemplating bringing my RV here for any necessary repairs (that I can't do myself), and we get to visit our daughter... and her Pittie Baloo... and Catahoula Indie... and her five cats!!! We were able to get it started with our generator, but needed someone with Rv knowledge to let us know what was wrong before we were all the way to our campsite. They had us come directly in and diagnosed the problem. It was a bad alternator. They referred us to another location that did that type of repair, assuring us that we were ok to continue on our vacation using our generator until we had time to do the repair. My wife and I cannot begin to thank these guys enough. A few weeks back, we began having a water leak as well as an issue where the cold water faucet in the kitchen just plain didn't work. We called a local RV dealership, explained the problem and they recommended a "plumber" to service our rig. So here's a bit of advice. If you've got any issue with your RV, you don't need a "plumber", you need an RV Repair specialist who is familiar with all aspects of RVs. We called our RV Park office (Rio Verde RV Park in Cottonwood) and asked for repair recommendations. They recommended "That One Guy" so we called them, explained our situation and they responded the same day. They even went so far as to text us to let us know when their service technicians were on their way. Wow, what service! Albert and Marik showed up on time (another thing that is rare: showing up on time) and got to business, expertly and efficiently diagnosing and repairing both the leak and the cold water issue in the kitchen. Throughout the entire two-hour interaction, they were polite and had a great sense of humor. They were respectful and explained each step they were going to take. After finishing the job, they explained that we were Their Personal Customer and it didn't matter where we were, even in Tennessee like us; we only needed to call them, explain the problem and they would be happy to diagnose the problem and give the solution over they phone. Talk about service. With these guys who give their best, FORGET the rest! P.S. We tried to get them to move to Tennessee, but we were not successful in persuading them. However, perhaps they will one day come for a visit and give our local repair guys a lesson in diagnostic problem solving and first rate service. I went through 2 mobile…read moretechs and talked to 4 different shops about my structural issue and they all told me my only option was to take it to a shop and have them take the whole front of my rig apart just to fix a bad weld (I could see it from the inside). Albert was the only one with the knowledge and creativity to solve this without it costing me thousands. He knows how to weld/fabricate and understands the structural/body side of things which is super rare for RV techs. Afterwards my slide had issues and he came out at 10pm to fix it so we didn't have to sleep in the living room. Turned out to be something I had done when opening up the wall to expose the problem. That's a level of service you rarely see in this industry.
