Once again On the Road Again Rv in Payson has helped us with our RV. Our rig turned off as we were driving up the hill to Payson. We were able to get it started with our generator, but needed someone with Rv knowledge to let us know what was wrong before we were all the way to our campsite. They had us come directly in and diagnosed the problem. It was a bad alternator. They referred us to another location that did that type of repair, assuring us that we were ok to continue on our vacation using our generator until we had time to do the repair. Brian was great. We were traveling through Payson, Arizona in our RV. We went to bed and everything seemed fine. We woke up the next day without and house power. Fantastic service. This was our first time bringing our RV to On The Road Again RV. Our electric trailer brakes stopped working on a trip back from Colorado. We contacted Bryan and we were able to bring our 2018 fifth wheel in the following afternoon, unhook and leave with Bryan for troubleshooting and repair of the brakes. The following day Bryan had an estimate for the work which included locating and repairing short in the electric brake system, replacing all four brake assemblies (trailer brakes had never been serviced), new wheel axle bearings and two new taillight assemblies. When we dropped off our RV we explained we were headed on a 3,000+ mile trip in a week and we would need our RV repairs completed in 5 days. Bryan's team completed the brake work in one day and the entire job was completed after the tailight assemblies were delivered on Day 4. Repair was done early and at the quoted price. We returned from our 3 week and 3,700+ mile trip without any issues with our brakes in fact we had to use them to avoid slamming into a merging semitruck that cut us off. Had a blow out on our Fifth Wheel and after getting the tire replaced we found our slide out wouldn't work. We were recommended to On the Road Again so we called. Brian came out right away and looked the situation over. He was amazed at how little damage was done by the shredded tire and told us that the wire to the slide out control was cut by the tire. He said he would be back in a couple of days to replace the wire and get us back on the road. He was delayed a little longer than anticipated due to a heavy snow storm that we had here in Payson. I went up to there shop and asked if they can fix hydric levelers on a RV. He said they can fix it so I order the springs witch I need to replace on one of my levelers and made a date for him to come by at our camp site to fix it. On the Tuesday he was Late by an hour and when he got here and looked at the job he said he needed to bring his worker so he said he would return in a couple of days. It has been a week and a half and never called back or said he wasn't coming. Very Disappointed. {On a side note a very nice man in our park came by and Helped put them on out of the blue.} Thank you Bryan and calling and making it right. we will give you a call when something needs fixing and RVs always have issues. So, on Monday, 7/23, we departed Phoenix with our MH fridge humming away at a nice 38 degrees---outside temps 114. We climbed Rt 87 to Payson and stopped for the dogs to potty and saw that not only was the fridge throwing an E3 code and the temperature was up to almost 45!!!! We hastily Googled and basically it said we had to remove the outside back panel of the fridge and push a button. So we stood in the searing sun and 108 temperatures (Payson was a wee bit cooler) for almost 45 minutes trying to find that damned button until we gave up. Now the fridge temp was up to 54!!!! That's when we called On the Road Again RV. We explained the problem and Brian asked where we were, but since we were last minute and he did have a facility, we said we would come to him. So we drove up to his shop at the Payson airport. Brian was talking to another customer, but his tech asked if he could help, we explained the problem, and the nice young man walked over, removed that panel, and pushed that button. Two seconds. (Seriously, who the heck would put a pin-sized button between two wires??? Oh...yeah....Coachman...) Literally two seconds. Argh! Then Brian came out, checked to make sure all was well, then talked to us for a bit about adding an auxiliary fan to our fridge. Of course we offered to pay, we were so happy and these guys saved our trip and the potential loss of at least $100 of food, but Brian waved us off. So I just want to say: Good people. Seriously good people. Our only regret is that they aren't closer to Phoenix, because we have been having a heck of a time finding somebody in town who knows their stuff on RVs and is trustworthy. I needed a replacement part for my travel trailer, and I had heard good things about On The Road Again, so I stopped in and told them what I needed. It wasn't going to be a big money maker for them, but they were extremely helpful in looking through their resources to find what I needed. They ordered what they thought it needed, I didn't agree it was the right, but told them to go ahead. Well, they were right! I hope I never need a repair on my travel trailer (which is probably unlikely) but if I do, I would definitely talk to On The Road Again because I think they could handle it. read more

We just moved up to Payson yesterday. After a wild ride up, our slide outs would not work. We plan to spend the next two months in our Moho, and would probably have to get a divorce if the slides weren't working! We called Brian and he had us come right in. He and his staff immediately jumped right in to solve the problem. This only took under an hour and the issue was discovered and solved. Brian is THE BEST! We were heading out from Payson in just two days when one of my AC units started to make a loud noise and vibrate. I drove my car over to Brian and asked if sometime during the day he could just take a quick look so I would know what I was up against and if I would have to cancel my trip or not. He told me to bring in the motorhome right away and he would take a look. Well he had it in a matter of minutes. It was a mud dauber on the fan assembly of the AC unit. He scrapped it off and and I was up and running. I thought I needed a fan assembly. Not only did he save me money but I am able to go on my trip. OH, did I say he would NOT take a dime? It is the exception these days to have a service vendor drop what they are doing to assist you, especially in the business of repairing these things. I called this RV repair shop to inquire about replacing the water pump in our trailer. Gina assured me that they could replace it in an hour and quoted an out the door price for the pump, labor and tax on the pump only. It seemed like a reasonable price so I made an appointment to have it done. Today I brought the trailer to them and they did the job while I waited and then the owner Brian? schooled me on how to winterize our trailer properly. When I went to in to the office to pay the bill it was exactly what I was quoted on the phone. This was an all around good experience and I would recommend them to friends. read more

On a three month tour of Arizona with our trailer and began experiencing problems with our toilet not filling with water. We suspected it could be the valve on the toilet so my husband made a couple phone calls when we got into Payson and found one available at On The Road Again. Pulled in with the intent of purchasing the valve, then going to a nearby campground to work on installing the new valve. Before we knew it, Bryan and John had our toilet out of the trailer, found the problem was only a clogged valve, cleaned it out and reinstalled the toilet, which works as good as new. We cannot even begin to express our appreciation for their help, especially since they had been on their way out of the shop on other business. Bryan would only charge us for 1/2 hour labor ($45) which was more than reasonable since they were so willing to drop everything and help us in an instant. We tried to pay them for a full hour but Bryan's wife Gina would not accept it. She also kept me company chatting about RVs, places to camp and things to do in the area. What delightful and kind people! Wish we lived in AZ so we could trust them with all our RV needs and service.
