Williams communication is very much lacking. He does not respond or responds very late. He said was coming one time and just did not show up. Finally comes and did the job. Spent almost $700 total in labor on things that did not involve tearing the engine down. The bike would not start. He installed plugs, relay & coils & starter switch. Then had to come back because the bike would not start again. Said was a different issue that was causing the bike not to start, but it just happened to be the relay he just replaced that needed rewiring, again. Charged me another $100 for 15 minutes. Hourly rate is $175/hour (for 2 guys), but he never actually tells you what the hourly rate is. Adds a surcharge of 10%, but there is no explanation of what that is. Then when I tried to ride the bike after the 2nd time he came, It would not turn fully because the rubber tank shield next to the forks on the side was hanging off and impeding turning to the right. The tank shield, which had 3 bolts holding it in, was left hanging with the bolts gone!! He responded with instructions to fix it myself. The one and only thing I never use to look forward to here on this island, is getting my bikes serviced or repaired as most shops take way too long to even look at your bike let alone repair or service it. Not such a big deal anymore, since I have found Mobile Moto Mechanics and William. I found them searching Google of course. The first two that show up is Cycle City or Montgomery Sports. XXX on both of those places as they take way too long to even look at your bike let alone service or repair it. We are talking about weeks and sometimes months. Anyway, the third recommendation was for "Mobile Motorcycle Repair from Mobile Moto Mechanics." I checked their reviews and was sold on the idea of someone coming to me considering the alternatives. Exactly like their add states, you simply text them and a response will be forthright. I needed to have a new/used bike I recently bought inspected; fluids changed, a tune-up and some other things. William responded to my text fast and asked me what I needed, and he immediately stated they could do it all. I only had to wait 4 days for him to get to me. When he showed he got right to work and was very assertive and fast AND SUPER polite, respectful and professional. We discussed some other things I wanted to get done to my bike and he took care of everything. William did the things that were slated for that day, and he also ordered the parts that I requested and as soon as they arrive, William will let me know. William's service both personally and professionally were better than any shop I have been to on this island. Smarter, faster and most efficient. Had an appointment set up after and the guy cancelled on me last minute after I adjusted my schedule to accommodate, then he asks if I'm available for the following weekend (which was memorial day). I said yes, and attempted at least 2 or 3 other times to contact and reschedule. He is kind and friendly and answered all my questions (but didn't make me feel ignorant, since I'm a novice mechanic at best). I figured it would take hours to get my bike running but she fired up within 10 minutes! The cost was very close to his estimate despite needing additional parts and fluids. Un-certified mechanics with no guarantee on work completed. Mobile can be convenient but there is no accountability in this scenario and now I'm out $1300 for a bike that doesn't run properly. Yes, they got my machine running. Yes I found them you-tubing the procedure for the carb install at $150 an hour (Eeek!) on my dime. I really thought with two guys working we could accomplish the task in less time. Additionally I found Will dumping out gasoline in the common area on the property where I live which is completely unprofessional. When I approached these guys initially with my budget they said they could get the machine running for $1000 and when it superseded that there lacked a verbal update to be respectful of my budget. After they finished a bill was left on the bike and when I tried to called them regarding my concerns about the work their response was "going surfing send us a message.." I pulled the cord for any other work and explained that my budget had been superseded asking for a price reduction that aligned with the original quote. They took this as me "disrespecting their work" and retorting that I should have "saved more money". The day after the work was done I had time to take the bike out for a test drive which lasted all of 2 minutes between intervals of kickstarting it back on as it kept dying. After an hour of this I walked the bike home and tried to contact them with questions about the work that had already been completed. BIG surprise - no answer. I let the dust settle over the weekend and after more attempts I finally got in touch with Will. I asked him if he could stand behind his work he responded with "no.." (please refer to text screenshot attached) A couple weeks later I ran into them in Waikiki about to start a new job and gave them another chance to make this right. They said "sure we'll be in touch.." but BIG surprise - still no communication and quite unreachable thereafter. The hoses that they used from the petcock are totally cheap and flimsy which is why i'm leaking gas (please refer to photo attached) In conclusion these guys charge professional price for a substandard work on a machine that is twice their age. Maybe they can change your tires but I wouldn't recruit them for the big stuff. read more

Will and his partner (forgot his name!) came, diagnosed a dead battery, bad fuel filter and bad fuel injectors. Helped me find the parts for way cheaper on eBay and got the bike running in no time. NOTHING BUT DISCOURAGEMENT :( I contacted Will weeks in advanced to let him know I was taking 3 weeks off to work on my motorcycle for oil leaks, a shifting issue, and rear wheel bearings. At first he wouldn't take the job because I didn't have a garage to put it in. Then he said he'd be happy to help as long as I had a place to work on it. Once all my parts for the bike came in (more than $400 worth), I notified him and he said we can set up a day to check it out. Contacted him again about setting up a day to meet, and he tells me there won't be much he can do for the oil leak unless we remove the engine (never got to see the bike in person, only pictures). He wouldn't even agree to at least check out the other two issues. I asked him if he could just help me the best way he could...still haven't heard back from him since that, and my vacation days are numbering down! It's bad enough that it's almost impossible to reach this guy by phone call, but don't give people the run-around when they're counting on a helping hand. A simple "No, I can't help you" from the beginning would've been straightforward and understandable. I wish you well in your business, but today you're taking the L for poor customer service. My 2013 GSX-R600 had the dash flash and the bike shutdown. After following technical manual instructions there did not seem to be an obvious issue. I contacted this company in the hopes that it would be solved by someone with more experience. I was told that my starter relay was the problem and it was not (I replaced it as directed). I contacted to let them know it wasn't the issue and still haven't heard anything back. So, a waste of 495 dollars in my opinion.
