I thought I really liked this place. I took my scooter in after getting some bad advise and they were able to clarify things for me. I called them again when my moped died during a doordash delivery, the next day they came out and was able to get it running again, although the repair guy was very vague about what the actual issue was. A few days later my moped died, again. I shot them a text and it took 2 days for a reply. I decided to take off the seat to see if I could see anything wrong and found two hand tools inside. I messaged again because I needed someone to come look at my moped since that's my means of making a living and it took again a few days for a reply, so I asked for the managers number so I could speak directly with someone who might take it a little more seriously, I was told my message had been passed on and he would get back to me. A week and a half later, I'm still waiting. First impressions can be wrong and I'll definitely be finding somewhere else to take my moped. read more

I had previously went to see Ryland when his shop was on keeaumoku st. The service he gave me in modding my moped has been still #1. Best investment I have ever made. Recently I had a problem with my mopeds exhaust. Purchased it from somewhere else. They didn't have a replacement at the time. But bruddah Bob ( da guy is da BOMB) went out of his way to help me fix my issue. I asked him if he could change my oil and he did it right then and there without hesitation. The bill for the service makes the other guys look stupid. They quoted me 1/5th the price Moped Garage quoted for the same job and did it in 1.5 hours vs 2 weeks. The folks there don't sweet talk you. Finally got the chance to check out this new shop where I can get my moped serviced at. Once you walk in, you're greeted by one of the salesman. He mentioned his name is Rylan. I asked him that I was looking for an upgrade for a bit more power. I told Rylan what was my budget and he knew what to recommend. He explained in details on what would be done and what it would cost for the labor and materials. Let's not forget that he also mentioned that all service done comes with 30 days of warranty. Once I agreed on what would be done, service time took less than an hour to complete. Rylan, the salesman is also one of the main mechanics. I highly recommend Rylan and his crew at The Moped Shop for their quality service and friendly staff. They have most parts on hand to service all types of mopeds. I initially Took my moped breeze to moped garages service shop and it took 1.5 weeks to get it checked up and they quoted me $500 and another 1.5 weeks to finish. I didn't want to wait that long so I called up moped shop. I was in and out of the shop within an hour and they charged me less than half of moped garage. Super transparent and nice! read more
