Mobile Mower Repair provides great service and value. Today Dave fixed my John Deere mower on very short notice. (I thought that I might need to wait a few weeks for an appointment, but Dave was able to come out right away.) The mower was very difficult to start, taking sometimes as long as 15 minutes of continuous attempts before it would start. Dave diagnosed and resolved the starting issue and it starts instantly now. He also changed the oil (badly needed), changed the air and fuel filters, sharpened the blades, lubricated all necessary joints, and provided overall cleaning. I had a more complicated job on my simplicity lawn tractor but it seemed like he didn't know what parts to order. It took two weeks and he never got back to me. He said he was going to order the parts and then nothing, terrible communication. I agree with another reviewer that if it's an easy job, he can probably do it but if it's more complicated, you probably will be ghosted.
