Nice guy, but totally unreliable. He came out twice, thought he could fix my lawnmower, diagnosed it, left it dis assembled the second time. Despite numerous texts back from him that I had to initiate and one phone call from me, he stated three times WHEN he'd be back out. He Never came back out. Cannot recommend! How can a guy do business that way?? Charged me $30 the first time for a new air filter and small container of oil. No problem, thought it was fair, BUT now because of his sub par service, I'm stuck with this mess that I can't put back together! I showed Russo Power equipment the picture and they told me they can't work on it unless it's put back together. I had a snowblower that was no longer working. I called Tom and he was at my house within a 1/2 hour! He quickly determined the gearbox was bad, opened it up for me to have a look and the gears were all shredded.
