Man who is working there quoted me a price for repairing my phone and required a deposit to order the necessary parts. I paid the deposit, and he promised that the parts would arrive by Friday, September 18, and that he would call me. Friday came, but I received no call. I messaged him through Yelp and received no response. I then drove there in person, but the shop was closed. A sign said he would return in 15 minutes, so I waited for an entire hour--and no one showed up. When I finally reached him by phone a few days later, he claimed the parts had not arrived and promised they would arrive on Monday. Monday came, and once again, there was no call, no reply to my messages, and now he is not answering my phone calls at all. He took my deposit, never repaired my phone, and has not returned my money. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I wasted my time, made multiple attempts to contact him, and received nothing but broken promises and silence.
