I would never buy screen protector here again i just start notice most of tghe screen protector here use those temper glass.....got my son 2 i pad and my galaxy s8.....first the 2 i pad mini use the screen protector temper glass and use after a while All the app on by itself took the protector off after that everything work fine....and my galaxy s8 use temper glass i use for 2 day took it off throw all of them in the trash....my s8 i have to press reall hard on my screen to open app or type in my keyboard.... read more

I've been looking to buy an iPad Pro for sometime and my family members in San Jose told me to check out Mobile Plus. I was guided to their Facebook page and I saw that they had an iPad Pro 12.9" with 32GB for $439 which definitely seemed like a bargain. I called ahead of time and they told me they had it in stock. I made my way to Grand Century and it's towards the back of the shopping center. I figured that this business being in Grand Century, there might be a language barrier, but I figured I could use my basic knowledge of Vietnamese to get by. I was helped by Ha and she was extremely helpful with explaining to me about the iPad and if I wanted to purchase additional warranty & accessories for the iPad. I still up set because of their service. They didn't clear in their words. I called them to have a quote for a screen replacement. They said they could change it with $70 or $140 and both with 3 months warranty. I was ok with it and told them I will come tomorrow. When me and my husband bring the phone there, the repairman didn't said anything about warranty/ no warranty. He just said this phone just need a screen replacement. My husband told him to change with a $140 one. We have been waiting there for 4-5 hours and the man couldn't fix it. We saw him frustrating and we just left the phone there for him to have more time. Few hours later they called my husband to pick up the phone. However, The phone wasn't fixed well and my husband realized a dark spot on screen. They said they will check for it. My husband said ok and paid for them but didn't know that they give a receipt without warranty. (My husband is a nice guy and trust them). When I came back and asked them why it didn't have any warranty show on receipt. They said oh because the phone was too damage and the repairman already told you guys that it won't have any warranty. It suck a lie. They only said that after they couldn't fixed it well and they knew that the screen will have problem soon. Ok fine. We don't want to argue with them anymore but we will give a review here, so everyone will know how bad their service is. We regret because we didn't go to Apple first. We will never come back here anymore. I think they will lose all customers if keep treating customers like this. Be careful when you go there. read more

Tony the seller and the LIAR he will tell the customer that it is ok to return or exchange if it does not work but when my chargers that i bought and he refuses to exchange. NO wonder I asked him the receipt the day I bought it, he said that no need receipt for exchange and don't worry. Be careful for the cheap price it can ruin your iPhone like mine if you continue to charge a coupon days. End up i have to buy new phone. They are not the right business, they just want to rob customers money on purpose.
