Upon checking the breakers, I noticed there was NOTHING out of place or tripped, so I was puzzled. Going through Angi's List didn't help us much as the handyman there were a bit pricey. We contacted a family Real Estate member, and asked them if they knew of anyone that might be able to help us out. They stated that they did, passed along the business name and told us to call them as they had given them a notice we'd be calling. We called up Israelectric, and were able to get an Estimate for the power problem after the technician came over to inspect the possible cause(s). We received a very acceptable quote and decided to have them do the work. There were a couple of additional electrical type tasks needed as well. ALL of the work was done in a very timely, professional, quality manner. The technician was VERY helpful, explained everything needing to be done, and as they went along to keep us in the loop. They are VERY customer oriented / family outfit. They rechecked all the work done to make sure it was CORRECTLY functioning and SAFE. I would recommend EVERYONE to give this business a call. They found some wire underground that they decided to tap into for the job and proceeded to run conduit along my wood fence (it was supposed to be along the house and NOT from underground) which was not what we had discussed as the plan for that job. I voiced my concern about how it was done and they came back out and did the job as it was originally planned to do. The whole time the job was being worked on, my windows were open and I could hear the apprentice complaining about having to dig and how the dirt was hard (I get manual labor isn't for everyone, be professional at least) but they "corrected" the work and that was the last I called on them. Fast forward a few years and we have more work being done in our yard only to discover the wire they ran underground to one of the outlets not only was bare once it was in soil (I was under the impression it was run with conduit underground), but also only buried about 4-5" deep in most places. Although Joe has always been nice when he has been here doing work, his staff comes off lazy and incompetent and the work they completed was a HUGE safety hazard we were unaware of. I don't think I'd ever hire these guys again.

From the time Carlos walked through the door and introduced himself, within 10 minutes I knew I was going to hire him. He was very personable, professional, and it did not take but several minutes for Carlos to explain the entire process for the project. This included the approximate time frame that the project would take: including the filing of permits with the county, the intial approval on matters concerning Southern California Edison, the panel replacement and final inspections by the County and SCE, and finally the stucco repair which looked fabulous upon it's completion. Carlos also has a very good working relationship with everyone involved, and he kept me informed every step of the way. I was impressed with how respectfully various people from SCE speak of Carlos, just as I was impressed by the people who work for Carlos as well.
