Did a good job working with in the limits of our older home's wiring. They were up front with the cost and it wasn't outragous.

To top it all off they, failed inspection 3xs, and tried blaming PG&E for my solars not being active. I installed my solars since 04/2022. Since 2022 I've been stuck with a huge true up bill and my solar loan. My yearly true up bills have both been over 6k. I called Flex endless times and was always told it was not their problem. If I decided to obtain an attorney, "oh well", but the bill was my responsibility. I requested a copy of my contact in which they gave me a hard time to provide. I kinda left the situation alone for a bit as I felt dumb and defeated. I came into terms there was simple nothing I can do. Coincidentally I came across some solar company "trying to help me", sometime in April/May 2024. By this time I had already done my digging on Flex and knew who the CEO was. Well the "big guy " of this company reached out to me directly as I had a huge problem and he wanted to help. He even came to my house. That's when I notice Brandon Fish! the same Brandon Fish who was the CEO of Flex Energy is currently the CEO of Lyte Energy. He basically closed Flex and now operates with Lyte Energy. Brandon came over while I was out working, and my husband assisted him. I recognized him as soon as I looked at my doorbell camera during my lunch. Of course I called his cellphone and left him a very nice voicemail. I was quickly blocked, and back to a dead end. Maybe a month ago some solar guy came to ask about our panels. We told him our situation and he asked to see our contract. Upon him reviewing it, he informed us Flex is basically a sub contractor, and showed us who the actual solar company was. We contacted the solar company and as of today 1/29/25 they connected us to the grid. Please look at your contact under the page "PURCHASE & INSTALL AGREEMENT" right underneath it, it'll say who is the contractor. Contact them and have them make it right! I will be filing a complaint against Brandon Fish. Btw I listed below his new scam business link. He uses the same pictures for his Lyte Energy company as he used for Flex, he's a joke. https://www.lyteenergy.io/

Ridiculous I will contacting a lawyer tomorrow and be filling a complaint with the BBB. Good talkers that was all. Customer service to install to permits and retention is all HORRIBLE! I can tell you that it was by far the best decision I've made hiring any company to do a job for me. I've was in construction for 20 years and am very piticular with how things are done and they were awesome from the start and now even after the install!!! I turned my system on but obviously I did something wrong because it didn't work, but I made one call and they came out the next day and it was working great. Everything i call i get an answer from my sales person or a call back very soon after. This was a big issue for me as every company but Jeff's took days and one weeks later to call me back. Only Jeff's salesperson was in contact with me everytime and everystep of the design and installation. So if youre wondering who you should choose for your solar company its Jeff's company!! They are by far the best company I've ever had do a job for me and HIGHLY recommend them to do your job. To the sales staff to the installers...GREAT JOB and God bless you guys!!!

When the generator quit working, I tried to find a service person recommended by the manufacturer. Left messages three places but never heard back. Called Pereira and they got Jeff himself on the line. Sent some pictures of the interior and he diagnosed an oil leak and walked me through how to fix it. Problem solved in under an hour, no expensive service call, the only expense was 2 quarts of oil. After two years, they don't really owe us anything, but clearly they care about their customers. I highly recommend this team, without reservation.

On April 14th, I contacted PG&E and found out that he had still not made application. When I was finally able to reach Francisco by phone, he tried to tell me that only his engineer in San Diego could make the application, and he was not answering the phone that day. I called PG&E and they told me that the contractor (Francisco, or my general contractor, either one) could make the application. My general contractor was standing next to me when PG&E said this on speaker phone. I asked him to come inside and get this done, but he left my property and deferred it to Francisco. Francisco did make the application that day, only due to my general and I insisting upon it. However, Francisco failed to submit all the documents needed, so PG&E cancelled the application. On June 1st, Francisco informed me that my Solar was on the grid, but he could not explain how he made this happen with PG&E's approval. I still have no proof that it was. Since going on the grid, my app has not properly reported our consumption; it only reports our production, which inexplicably matched exactly with our consumption. I called Enphase (the app) and they told me they can see that the consumption transmitter is improperly installed. I tried for 3 days to get ahold of Francisco, and he ignores my phone calls. I called from a number unknown to him and he answered. When I asked him when he was going to fix this, he said he didn't know when he would have time, that he was too busy with other customers. Now that he has been fully paid, we are at his mercy. Just be advised as to how he treats customers, should you decide to use him.
