Unfortunately when they came to my work office parking lot during the middle of the work the security officer told them they couldn't do the work there. I ask this guy to tint the front two window to match the factory in the two rear passenger and said okay and went straight to work. After he was finish I paid he and took a look and the front looked darker than the back. He went on saying that it need to be settle or and some bs excuse. He told me to wait around 6 days after it settle and if not he would fix it for free. 7 days has pass and I called him again because it still looked the same. He came by the next day and was not happy at all. This guy is shade blind and keep telling me they match perfect and refuse to replace it for me. 30 min of arguing back and forth I just told jim to remove that shitty work of his and keep my money since he really wanted that bad. As the story goes its better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all. My company has happily used mobile tint one several times but I'm afraid I can no longer recommend them based on the simple fact that If it's a job they don't want to do they just don't show up or they try and back out at the last minute. I had a appointment set for today at 7:30am called at 9:00am to ask if they were still coming, he said "I see you have a older vehicle we do not work on anything older than a 2000" I mentioned to him that I have the same conversation with Danielle before and you have tinted several of our pre 2000 vehicles before so he said he would call and check. The agent called back at 11:15am and notified me that they cannot tint the vehicle because of the age, I asked if this was coming from Danielle and he confirmed that it did. I had a similar conversation with her on Jun 24 2019 where I pointed out that nowhere on there site does it say 2000 and newer vehicles only and to this day the website still clearly states that they are 100% able to work on any year, make, and model and as far as I know all of our vehicles fall under that 100% So as my pre 2000 vehicles records stand 1986 Porsche tinted with no issues 1996 Cherokee first denied less than 9 hours before the appt but later tinted after I pointed out the above info. 1991 Caprice wagon was a no call no show then denied. I'm not sure what the root cause of the decline in business is here but it's truly a epic failure on the customer service side, if you don't want to do pre 2000 vehicles just own up to it and change the site like I notified you todo in 2019, it's really not that hard and it would save you a lot of time and effort. read more

These guys are the best! I work 60 hours a week down in San Diego and barely have time for anything on the weekends dude to my kids sports. Hello Danielle, please stop emphasizing your so called "appointment to resolve the issue ", let me get the fact straight here, I called and texted your company the pictures of my scratched windows after your technician left, and was told by a gentleman that he would need to talk to the manager and would get back to me the next day; which was totally understandable. Then the best part came when I called back the next day, I was informed that after speaking to the manager, there was nothing your company can or will do, my best shot was to call my insurance company. I requested to speak to manager directly, but was told that her next available appointment would be 24 hours later. It seems that you are more concerned about yelp reviews than your customers, I received your text within 30 minutes after this review. Why were you able to respond to a yelp review within 30 minutes, but not available for your customers when there is issue arises??? To me, it was a bad lesson learned for using this company. These guys are great to handle business with. They're human too, so mistakes do happen... but they do their best. The response time was very slow at first, but they said it was something to do with their phone. It's okay, because in the end, they finally get back to me to fix my rear view mirror. It was just loosely installed, but the installer came quick to tighten it. So far, I have two cars tinted with amazing results; my daily driver Toyota iQ and my workhorse Toyota Highlander. When I contacted Sandro and he immediately reached out to me and came to my home to assess the issues. The first issue we're with scratching on the window film from opening and closing and being only 3 months old he removed and replaced them under warranty. Then a couple months later my windshield had a couple dust particles sandwiched in between the glass and tint. Hey began to spread and form a bubble. I got my vehicle tinted by them and liked the convenience of having them come to my house. The actual tint job was pretty good other than several permanent bubbles that appeared several days later. I contacted them right away and the tech came out to get it fixed. A few days later, I noticed more bubbles on my window so I let the owner know. He told me no problem, we'll send out a tech to get it fixed. I really appreciated their effort so I decided to get my wife's car tinted by them. When the tech showed up and I explained to him my concerns. He told me " I refuse service. I don't want to work on your other car. I don't want to show up to fix these problems. This is 99% perfect." You gotta be kidding... But just to tell you what kind of people you're dealing with, I gave the tech cold water out of generosity. He took it without a word and walked away as if I owed him something. I was NEVER rude. He seemed careless. Apparently warranty doesn't mean anything. I've had many tints in the past and never experienced anything like this. I paid over $600 for for their "quality" tint and this is the kind of service I get.
