They rushed her back for evaluation and it turns out she had a mass on her spleen that burst, which, in turn, caused her spleen to rupture. She was hemorrhaging and the situation was pretty critical. The way that this team of professionals sprang to action, walked us through everything that was happening while stabilizing her, and rushed her to surgery and managed this complex case afterward was nothing short of heroic.
