I had to tow my vehicle to his shop twice, with each tow covering approximately 200 miles. Every time I brought the car in to fix specific problems he agreed to address, he either failed to resolve them or claimed to find additional issues and charged me for repairs I never authorized. He constantly makes excuses, delays the work, and refuses to provide a proper invoice or detailed documentation of the repairs performed. One example was a power steering belt that was missing from the vehicle. He installed a new belt and charged me $700 for it, which I believe is excessive and unreasonable. Based on my experience, it appears that he and his partner at the car lot may be working together to take advantage of customers by creating additional repair charges and failing to provide transparent documentation. I feel misled, overcharged, and taken advantage of throughout this entire process.

My 2007 Mustang GT clutch exploded after 110,000 miles and they called around got a great deal for my clutch and he even showed me even gave me money back from parts that wasn't needed.
