A week ago, I went with my parents to help them find a second car which is a 2014 Nissans versa, as their main car is getting run down. Demetrie was helpful but Andrew is very rude, impatient and giving racist. I don't know how Andrew acted this way towards people who made it possible for him to even own a car lot but sure. Andrew is definitely making demetrie look like a scumbag, demetrie said he's a "god fearing, religious man", but he's stretched too thin trying to do too many things at once it's impossible to give good customer service . In the process of getting the car , my parents paid cash. We had to bring the car back after a couple of days due to the car not running properly. When their mechanic looked at the car, he stated my parents put water in the gas tank by going to the gas station, mind you they gave my parents a car with an empty gas tank, which is unacceptable!! Selling cars to foreigners and getting away with it is probably why they're still in business because from what I peeped, that's who they're catering to. We're still thinking about suing, but we're never going back again. And please don't think about going there either especially if you're African American ! read more

This business owner is shady and a complete liar. He sales cars that are broken and many times with engines that are no good. A family member bought a car here and within a month the engine needed to be replaced. He had the car for a couple months and claims he replaced the engine with a refurbished motor that has low miles. When they picked up their car, they noticed the car had no gas, the breaks were squealing and the back seat was completely broken. The shady owner lied to our face and tried to say the backseat was broken when it got there. Complete lie!! He's also very aggressive and I had to tell him to stop walking up to me yelling like he wanted to be violent. He's no good and I promised him I would tell everyone how crooked he is. I am very disappointed with this busines! I strongly believe they are a fraud. I paid for a car over $7000 from an action through them and spent more than 5 hours going back and fourth to their business to get the transaction completed. After I paid for the car, my pick up and delivery person informed me that the car was not there. I had to go back to the business only to find out that they sold the car to a bidder that paid less than I paid for the car! They were rude to me and took me a long time to talk to the owner. Eventually, they reimbursed me the money I paid for the car, but I actually wanted the car I paid for because it took me a very long time to find it and it had low miles. Obviously, because I found a great deal and the car was great, they decided to sell it to someone else. I was so stressed out because I really liked the car. And, I have spent so many hours to deal with this. At least they could reimbursed me for the hours I spent there to deal with this stress. I will never use them again, and I caution everyone to think twice before doing business with them. read more

I inquired on a Toyota echo the had for sale. the price was below market value. I make arrangements to travel from GALT to Rancho Cordova to view and buy the car. I called and texted updates with my estimated time of arrival. I even double checked to see if they could take debit cards. I pull up to find that they sold the car. No courtesy call, no courtesy text. I was not greeted and the woman who I asked for help seemed bothered or anxious. Extremely unprofessional. I later asked for pictures since he mentioned a few these that were sketchy through giving him cash to lower price on vehicle. The Dents were right above window, hood and bumper. picture online does not show. so i backed out cause I did not want to go through water leaks because of were dent was right above window. He tried pressuring me to purchased vehicle anyways I was clear as to i would not like to purchase because of condition. Very dishonest Business. I will not do Online shopping out of my area. I got pre-qualified financing through a bank and the dealer contacted me immediately to make a deal. That's as good as the service got. I told Alex some of The details over the phone and he decided he knows more about the bank then the pre-qualification that I had just received and told me that they would not finance the deal as they just prequalified me for the same day. He rushed me for a credit card payment saying to take the car off the market and told me I need 500-800 to do so. I told him at the moment my credit card had $130 on it and he was like ok he'll take that. I should have known it was shady then. That's when I went Into details and he tried to change all the terms. He tried to get me to get a cosigner comment we tried to make me trade in the car comment he tried to make me get a different car comment he tried to make me put more down as a down payment. What was the use of the pre-qualification? Y'all better be careful dealing with Alex and this company. And he's rude and uncooperative. Wish I could give negative stars. Found a car online and this place requires an appt to come see it. Ok, weird, but not a big deal. Said they were closed on the weekends. Should have known something was up right there. What dealer is closed on the weekend? Anywho, made an appt for today (Monday) at noon. We get to the address we were given 2 days before when we scheduled the appt. The business isn't there. So we had to call to find out what was going on. They had moved (in the past 2 days???) and not bothered to notify us. And to top it off, the car wasn't even there because the owner decided to let his son use it on the day we had a scheduled appt to see it. When I asked why he would let his son take it when he scheduled an appt for a paying customer to see it, he said he requires you to call an hour before the appt to confirm. Wtf!?!? RUN!!! I can't blame anyone but myself for buying sight unseen but Alex and Wilco Motors are not to be trusted. The car was advertised as being in impeccable condition with new tires. I asked specifically about any rock chips, scratches, dents and was sent two photos showing small rock chips in the paint. I was told everything else was flawless. The car and condition were not as stated upon arrival. There were dozens of rock chips on the hood and body. The windshield had a chip and small crack in it. The tires were worn and in need of replacing. The service light was on. Please DO NOT trust this dealership. I wish I could give negative stars. Here's my very long story. Please don't ever buy from these people. So I went in on July 10th 2017 to look at a car they had posted on craigslist. We get there and test drive it and have our mechanic look it over and it was a great car. We went into the office to purchase the car and do the paperwork. Toward the end the young male helping us starts to get kinda flustered and has to call other people to find where things were but kept us assured that everything was fine. Part of the paperwork was us deciding wether we would pay them to register the car or we would take it to the DMV and do it ourselves, we opted to take it ourselves. Well we finished signing the paperwork and handed over the FULL AMOUNT in cash. The young male then says he doesn't have the title yet because they just got the car from an auction about a week before but he'd go pick it up and have it ready the next day (July 11th). We left with the car and called the next day only to be told by the owner of the "company" the auction didn't have the title yet either so we'd have to wait and they will give us a call when they got it. We called once a week for a month and they still told us there is no title yet and it would be there the following week which was fine, we weren't worried to much about it as long as it would eventually get there, keep in mind they were saying that every week we called. The owner of the company then texts my boyfriend on august 11th 2017 at around 5:30-6:00 and says we have the title for you to pick up. So we go in the next day to pick it up and he tells us he went that morning (august 12th) and registered the car himself and put a Lein on it and says we owe him money now. We gave him a whole month to get the title without causing any problems and he gave us less than 12 hours to pick it up. We specifically asked to do it ourselves, and when we say that to him he says "I make your life easier". So basically we have paperwork that says "paid in full" yet there's a lein on the car. I'm not even sure if that's legal. He put the lein on the car for the amount that the registration cost. Yeah so if I could go back in time knowing what I do now I'd NEVER buy from them no matter how nice the car was. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE!!!! read more

I completly remove my original 5 star rating after I realized that Welco Motors is not licensed for auto repairs per Bureau of Automotive Repair. The work that was completed on my vehicle was improperly installed causing further damage to my vehicle in less than 24 hours of repair. I had to locate a properly licensed automotive rwpair ahop the following day who corrected Welco's mistake of improperly installing my radiator which caused further damage to my car in which I had to get fixed directly related to to the mechanical repair work performed by Welco.
