Worth every penny to be able to skip the DMV and have All Vehicle Registration take care of tags, registrations, and file for a new title took out all the stress that is related to going to the DMV!! Update: 1 week since posting, leaving 2 different voicemails and speaking directly with the receptionist who assured a call back within 24 hours. January 30th will mark 5 months of dealing with this clown of a business. I will be requesting my money back on my next day off and reporting them to the BBB for accepting money for services that they don't fulfill. Save your money and just go to the DMV. No decency to return phone calls, provide updates, 4 months after using their service I still have no registration for my vehicle and I'm out $650! Straight joke read more

I have been using them for the last nine years for our company of a few trucks and it all ways was a lengthy process but they have managed to turn it into a nightmare. To make thing worse they even collected their IRP filling fees as the renewal was done three days ago with no stickers & not taking my phone calls to the point the receptionist knows my name once she picks up the line but no one in the office willing to talk to me about Time frame just countless promises to call back leading to dead end. sitting truck dosen't make money. This business is straight garbage! DO NOT work with these people! They are the most unresponsive, unapologetic, unprofessional people ever. We NEVER received 2020 registration tags, and all paperwork was completed on time and paid in full. Now we are dealing with their negligence once more. These people take your money and ignore you. Went there to do my registration. The reception was a bit rude. She never greeted me just started at me until I started what I was there for. She started that I couldn't be helped because the two main people were out and the new girl doesn't know what she's doing and they're backed up. She suggested that I go to the DMV instead because it's faster and free. Taking their advice and never going back there. read more

I paid All Vehicle Registration Services to transfer my vehicles from out of state in November. Three months down the line, I didn't receive my plates and I had to work with another out of state vehicle registration agency to provide All Vehicle Registration Services the necessary documentation to transfer my vehicles. All along, I was lied to and told that I would receive my plates after the next DMV visit. They even overcharged for their services and I didn't receive my money back. They don't understand how to register off highway vehicles and stating CA DMV facts doesn't really work. I went elsewhere for the rest of my vehicles and walked out with plates in 45 min. read more

I recently purchased a vehicle from a towing company and after waiting 4 hours at dmv a couple of months ago to get my license renewed I really didn't want to go to dmv again. Lacy was very helpful, she made sure I had all the paperwork filled out right and as easy as that I had my new car registered and got tags and license plates the same week. We have used AVRS for over twenty years for our commercial IRP licensing. Don't know what happened but this year their customer service was HORRIBLE!! We submitted our paperwork as usual but the turnaround time is unfathomable. We been trying to get answers for nearly a week so we can get our new truck on the road and no one seems to know what's going on or care to find out for us. They promised us by Wednesday morning and we're still trying to get it! We will be looking for a new agency. read more

I had been using all vehicle for the last 2 years, they have never been exceptional but in the last few months they have been having a big turnover rate and it has made their service less then mediocre. Kerrie the owner is extremely knowledgeable but there is something wrong in this company. She claims she fired most everyone recently as they sit around and do nothing, ok I buy that. But how come it got even worse since then? Then she periodically for months on end, just plain disappeared, no return calls, no title, voicemail so full it wont take any more messages , nothing! It is as if everyone got checked into some facility and they throw away the key, and then weeks, some time months later , they all act like nothing ever happened but cannot explain why it take 3 months to do a simple registration. I think there is serious personal; issues with the owners so if you give them title work, it is like Russian roulette, you never know. Sad , as this is a capable company but the inconsistency is just beyond rediculous.I have used them for over 5 years and I think we have to move on, she has two of my titles for over 2 months and we will be filing complaint with dmv and BBB and DMV Monday to see how we can get them back. Sadden to end a business and friendship this way but She really leaves me no choice as nothing is done nor any of my calls and text returned. read more

My husband emailed two other places to see what he needed to bring to get our classic car titled and registered with no response at all. We found this company from google and emailed them that night and Trish emailed us back first thing in the morning! My husband went there this morning and walked out with new registration, plates and stickers. This is a DMV service so you will pay a fee on top of what is owed but don't have to wait in line at the DMV (worth every penny)! Quick, easy and a very professional experience.
