They've worked on my 2017 Ford Transit Connect, 2014 Mercedes GL63, and 2014 BMW X5. They replaced a driver-side CV axle, did oil changes, replaced brake pads and rotors, diagnosed and fixed an A/C and heater blower issue, repaired a trunk/liftgate problem, and also replaced a valve cover and gasket and battery. What stood out to me most was how knowledgeable, honest, and fair Samson and his team were throughout the process. The staff are friendly, the front desk is welcoming, and the customer service has been great. I went it to swap the battery out and they refuse to swap it until it's completely dead. I run a trucking business and need reliability for both my work trucks and personal vehicles to get to the yard, which is why I spent extra money to ensure this. Apparently this was a mistake because I can go to auto zone and get a battery for around $100 with a year warranty where they will exchange without question. Lesson learned
