I found Gary on Nextdoor.com, with very high recommendations. I loved his work. He was fast, respectful of my time and very professional. I have a 3500 ft house , he was done in 2 hours , 2 guys $225. My daughter has dust allergies, so it was very important that i remove as much dust in the home as possible, yesterday i got my carpets cleaned and it was recommended to open all doors and windows to let it dry. Well, i finally got a chance to admire Gary work when i opened all the windows. It sparkles, it smells clean, YES windows can smell clean. This guy's gotten some good reviews in the past, but he must be going through some difficulties, because he couldn't be much worse now. First, he showed up 45 minutes late. When asked to see his license, he couldn't provide it. While he was here, his partner showed up to do the outside of the windows, using a ladder for the ones up high. To move the ladder, he dragged the top of it across the stucco, putting long scrap marks on it. When they said they were through, my wife checked their work, and found the sills still filthy. (Sills are advertised as part of what they clean). When she pointed them out to Gary, he got very rude and said he didn't have time. He wanted to get paid, but my wife told him not until the job is finished. He told her "fine, then I'm leaving" and left in a huff. Upon further inspection we found he had torn 2 screens and broken 1 frame. He had been argumentative and seemed in a hurry all the while he was here. Had he simply showed a little respect, and said he would come back and complete the job, and make some arrangements for the damage he had caused, it would be ok. But he didn't. Instead, he filed an invalid Mechanics Lien on my home The law is very clear and concise in California as to who may file a Mechanics Lien .... only if you are licensed, have a contract, and, most importantly, have added value to the property, may you file a Mechanics Lien. It even gives examples of what doesn't add value, such as lawn mowing and general cleaning services. Window cleaning doesn't add value either. Filing a false Mechanics Lien is against the law. He is now breaking the law. All because he didn't have time to finish the job and wanted to be paid for work he didn't do. This is what this outfit has turned into. I will take care of my situation in court. You can avoid this kind of hassle and harassment by going elsewhere for your window cleaning services. I would highly advise it! read more

I didn't want to give any stars for this experience, but the system wants a star. We've hired Gary Parker many times and have mostly been satisfied. I wouldn't be writing this review if Gary hadn't encouraged me to write on Yelp and texted me the Yelp link before he left. I'm glad I didn't write this the same day the windows were cleaned because the next morning when the sun was coming through the windows, they were ALL so streaked and patio slider looked like it was soaped up and not squeegeed. I texted Gary and he texted back "totally understand and can come by and touch up". After a week and not hearing, I took a picture of that window and texted it to Gary. He never responded so I'm out $100 and left with every window streaky. Not good customer service and work ethic leaves a lot to be desired. read more

My roommate has been using this service for 10+ and has always been very happy with both the service and provider. Unfortunately she's developed Dementia so I tried to set up a job. SO WEIRD! This guy was dismissive, interrupting, condescending, arrogant and just down right rude. Maybe he was having a couple bad days, I don't know. The owner of the company is Gary. He was unable to come when I needed the windows done, so he sent someone named Brandon who broke two of my window blinds. I had to find someone to fix them and was able to find someone for $75 when most companies charged $100 just to come to the house. I asked Gary for a reimbursement and he said Brandon claimed that he never touched the blinds which is untrue since he had to raise them in order to wash the windows. He denied this three times, not just once. No reimbursement has been received or offered at my request. Next time I will use a company that takes responsibility for it's mistakes. read more

My husband and I have used Gary's services many times over the years we've owned our home. Today he performed about the 6th cleaning since we first hired him. As always, he showed up on time, was professional and did an excellent job- just as promised at the price we had agreed on. When Gary asked me to post a review - especially because he had received such a negative review from a customer just recently - I was happy to help him out by doing this. I can not imagine Gary doing what this customer described, but I wasn't there. I can only confirm that he's always done a good job for us over the years with never a problem or broken screen or frame. Besides, screens and frames age and could break while being cleaned when they are old and brittle. That's hardly his fault. Anyways, we recommend Gary and his partner.
