If I couldn't give any stars, I wouldn't. I ordered a custom iPhone 5 housing a while ago with an engraving on the back. I installed it and had noticed that there was barely any reception. I emailed him back and he said that it was missing some copper inserts, so that made sense. However, he never sent them. I tried to email him a few times and he would never respond. I was going to also purchase another housing from him, but realized that there's no point in paying someone for unreliable products. Worst money spent. read more

Josh is the Dr Frankenstein of iPhones. My very first iPhone froze up on me once the memory got full and wouldn't turn back on. I took it to the apple store as most would and they said it couldn't be fixed and that it may be a battery issues. So in desperation I filed an insurance claim and got my new iPhone. After a year the same exact thing happened to my replacement phone. Luckily a friend of mine recommend me to Josh and said he's a miracle worker when it comes to iPhones, so we went to visit him at his office. I still had my first iPhone and I thought I might as well bring that one as well. Within 30 mins Josh had both my phones running again just like new and saved me a ton of money from having to lease a new phone!! Great Service. I had both front and back screens cracked, my speaker phone option would not work, one of my volume buttons was jammed. Mobile iPhone guy showed up on time to appointment at my house. Was very easy guy to talk to. He explained everything before hand to which he would be doing. Very professional manners and tools. I had my iPhone screen crack and upon calling this "professional mobile service" I was initially pleased. Until about 2 hours later my screen starts acting up and I go the next 8 hours with no phone !!! I immediatley contacted Josh (CEO-Founder-Technician) and explained to him my dilemma. We set up an appointment for the following day. Later that night I discovered my phone partially working and for that reason and that reason only I elected to wait until Monday for a follow up repair. I advised him via text and wished him a great weekend as again even with that I was still pleased. Because of scheduling with my work I was asked to cover a different office much further from my original location and did not want to make him drive over 100 miles to come to me, again my phone technically still worked. Friday I attempted to call with no answer, this pattern continued thru Sunday with again no call back. Multiple messages later and no call back I finally in a last ditch effort try again, finally he answers to which he states let me call you back. 6 hours later I have to call back again since he didn't and we set up an appointment for today. This morning @ 9:43 I get some B-S excuse that he wont be able to make it and he's sorry. I replied stating I would dispute charges with my bank if he did not make this right!! I get another sob story or poor excuse as to how busy they are and he can't just stop for one person? Mind you I took him into consideration and tried to make an appointment for today since last Friday? All in all I would not recommend this inferior provider for anything related to iPhones, iPads, or iPods. He obviously does not know what he is doing and has the worst customer service "skills"I've come across. Multiple phone calls before and after to which still he wont answer. read more
