Hello. Yesterday my kid bought the tempered glass screen protector, for iPad Pro 11". The nice technician here installed it. There was a speck under the glass, afterwards, which I showed to him. He said it was water, which would go away from the heat of iPad usage. It is now the next day. The speck remains, even after hours of my kid playing Roblox last night. I had the worst experience with this establishment. They put a screen protector on my brand new iPhone and soon thereafter I had trouble texting including lagging text and incorrect text. When I brought the phone back to be assessed, they didn't even look at the phone. They just said it's not the screen protector and there are no refunds. As soon as the protector was removed, the texting was instantly returned to normal. Customer service was horrible and they did horrible work! I would not recommend! read more

This place is extremely unprofessional. We initially came in to have a cracked computer screen repaired and were quoted $320 for the job. We left a $100 deposit so they could order the replacement screen and were told they would call us once it arrived, although they weren't sure how long it would take. After three days with no update, we called them ourselves and were told the screen had arrived. We dropped off the computer and were told it would be ready the next day, but that was not the case. When we eventually returned to pick it up, the staff damaged the screen while handling the device. They then offered a $50 discount, bringing the total to $270, if we agreed to take the computer in its broken condition. This made no sense, as we originally came in to fix a broken screen; not to pay nearly full price for another broken one. My daughter understood that the $50 discount would be applied after they fully replaced the damaged screen, as we had requested. However, they insisted on another deposit to order a new part. We left $120, even though we believe they should have taken full responsibility for the damage and ordered the part at their own expense. Today, when I returned to pick up the computer, I was helped by Julian, who informed me there was still a $100 balance due. After he called Efrain who is the manager according to him. I sustained a conversation via phone with Efrain I was told they would not honor the $50 discount. I walked out paying pending balance. But Frankly, it's unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional they way the handle themselves. If you're looking for repair save yourself the stop and look somewhere else as you be coming back and forth with them. read more

I brought my phone to have them put a screen protector on it, which they did. However I believe in the process, they may have chipped the edge, and therefore made the screen weaker because within one day the complete screen cracked on its own. I brought it into show the repair guy who was hostile and accused me of dropping it . He said that I was very old and probably dropped my phone a lot . He is not only rude but highly incompetent as well. I would never trust him with a computer or anything else. read more

If i could give 0 stars I would. Back in June, i needed my iPhone screen to be repaired. I took it to the shop and the man was kind enough to not only do it, but do it in about 20 minutes. When i left the store, everything was working fine and i thought i had found myself the miracle worker. I would soon come to realize this was not the case. The next morning after having left my phone on the charger (all night) i picked it up and the screen was black. Now, i could hear it was on as when i plugged it in, the phone would vibrate. I was dumbfounded as to what the reason could be. I had hoped it was jus a small mishap and that it would sort itself out. As the day went on it would not sort itself out. I returned back to the store to tell the man, "Hey its broken and not working". He goes to plug it in and says it needed to be charged. I specifically told him that i could tell it was on when the screen was black, but alas, he didn't believe me and told me (essentially) it just dead and needed to be charged. I'm 33 years old, i know when a phone needs to be charged & when its dead and how that all operates. Since the phone turned on when he plugged it in, i decided to bite my tongue and chuck it up to a Mercury Retrograde situation. This is now September 22, and it STILL is doing the same issues. Someone had stolen my car a month ago and i was stuck without a phone and unable to call the police. I've been left in dire/important situations unable to use my phone. Because although it was fully charged, the screen would go black and i have to wait for it to die for it to work again. It frankly makes me not want to leave the house should i be alone without a phone and a situation happens. I'm not just mad at the fact i paid good money for a phone repair, I'm mad at the fact the man didn't listen to me when i told him the situation and that i was casted aside like i didn't know what i was talking about. Honestly, this man has been here for years and MAYBE this was a one off bad case. Either he used bad materials, he didn't do something correctly to put it back together or he purposely wanted to mess with me. I told Efrain the volume problem I was having & he knew right away what needs to be done. It would cost $79 & 45 minute waiting time. I called the other repair shop & they wanted to charge $89'with 2 hours wait. I decided to have Efrain fix my phone & went to do some shopping at the Beverly Connection mall while waiting. He fixed the phone within the 45 minutes & had it working perfect again. I like that he gave me the defective old speaker piece to show he had replaced with new one. I had a terrible experience replacing my iPhone screen here and since management hasn't responded further I have nowhere else to go except to tell everyone else. A few years ago I broke my screen I went somewhere else I paid $100 they replaced it and it was like nothing ever happened I never thought of it again. Here yes within 20 minutes my phone was ready and almost immediately it wasn't working right. The screen was both hypersensitive and non-responsive. And meanwhile my phone was essentially possessed doing the same command over and over without even touching it sometimes And it started locking me out it was so possessed at one point I had to wait 45 minutes just to be able to use my phone again. 10 years of iPhones this has never happened except for with this screen from this place. I went back to the store to get it redone and the clerk gave me a hard time basically told me to go away and mentioned that the screen was "after factory" and from a "third-party" and therefore I shouldn't expect it to perform as well as my original screen. Wow. Nobody ever told me that. Even when I told him that this wasn't about the screen not being as good this was about having a phone that works and being able to exist in the world well frankly he was an asshole to me and so I said who is there to talk to besides you he gave me a business card and told me I can contact the owner of the entire business. I called the number on the card and the same guy answered as I was walking away so I turned around and came back because now my phone was doing the stuff that it was doing and it was so obvious to him finally he "got it". "Well you didn't have to talk to me like I'm your bitch" he said as he gave me a second new screen. Wow. The replacement screen is barely functional I still get locked out once in a while it's still oversensitive in one corner; it's sometimes just not responsive at all and I have to close out my screen and reopen it for it to work. This business has a six month guaranteed satisfaction warranty. Using that same business card I went on the website and I contacted them and sent a detailed email about my experience specifically asking if it's true that their screens are not as good as the screen that came with my iPhone and if they'd be willing to do the best they could give me a screen that works as well as my original screen.... Like the way that other store a few years ago did when u got a replacement. No response. And now, if they're reading, maybe they'll do something but I'm not counting on it. I'm writing this so that everyone else out there can avoid having the same shit experience I did and go elsewhere. read more

Over the years I have had this place add screen protectors to all of my phones. They also fixed my IPhone 6 battery issue when it was necessary. So how surprised was I when I went in today to ask why my screen protector on my IPhone 12 that was less than a month and a half old was already peeling up? Only to be greeted with a very aggressive response from the tech guy there. Asking me why I would expect him to do anything about it? I literally had to tell him to calm down. I told him that maybe I expected him to want to do something about it, since he installed it on my phone. He had no interest in that. Instead, I was told that having it in my pocket causes the screen protector to peel up. Okay, well that didn't happen to my IPhone 8 screen protector (that they also installed) and lasted for 3 years. Now all that said, my point is this. I just was asking why my $20 screen protector that they installed was peeling up and could they fix it? But to be greeted with such an aggressive negative attitude was really wrong. I own a business and I believe in customer service. It inspires repeat business from loyal customers. Something this gentleman would do well to learn. I would have gladly paid to have him replace the one peeling up. But with the aggressive attitude towards me, I was happy to walk out of there with my girlfriend and son, who both have screen protectors on their phones purchased from this store. Knowing they'll never get my business again. Seems that customer service and common courtesy have gone by the way side a lot more during this pandemic. The one thing I do know, if I ran my business that way, I would be out of business. Better to avoid this place if you actually want a guarantee on anything. I can buy a screen protector online and install it myself. If it peels up after a month and a half, I would probably expect it. But if it is done professionally, I feel it should last a bit longer than that. Just a quick update - Anthony (gentleman who works there) under the name Andy leaves a comment on my review that Yelp tells me is positive and I should agree to let users see it. I found out later that just patting the interior of the phone dry (what this place did) is *not* a good idea for water damage. So while this guy was personally nice, this place is *not knowledgeable* about water damage. They may be good for other services, I don't know, but dont bring a water damaged phone here. read more

I am shocked at all the positive reviews...So my brother was here from out of town...we went walking around the Beverly Connection and he said he wanted to get his iphone screen fixed. We went into the store, they charged him $85. We went back 45 minutes later, it was like a different phone. The colors were weird, stuff was hard to read, and worst off if you pushed one button, it would do something else...my brother, in a very nice manner told the big muscular guy (I don't know his name) that he doesn't think this was acceptable... The muscular guy gets off the chair, and absolutely goes off on my brother...mind you he was holding his 1.5 year old daughter! He yelled and got in my brother's face...and kept yelling "what do you want me to do?!" My niece started crying, and you would think he would calm down, but he didn't. You know when someone knows they ripped you off, and purposely go nuts on your when they are called out on it? That's what happened. I quickly took my niece from my brother and grabbed his arm and led him out of the store. My brother just shook his head and didn't even say a word. I yelled back to him that he can keep his crooked money and that we really "appreciated" his customer service. I wish it was on tape and would go viral, but oh well.
