Called and spoke with Arsh who gave me a fair price over the phone. I appreciated that he was able to quote me the price in advance as I had a limited budget so I needed to know I could afford the service before making the drive to the store. The only thing I'd improve was that he asked me how soon I could be there because his tech was coming in for just a short time that afternoon and I told him 15-20 min which he said great that's when his technician should arrive too. I rushed to get there so as not to miss the technician, but when I arrived at the time I said I would the tech wasn't there, so I ended up leaving to run an errand nearby. When I returned, tech still wasn't there, so I sat and waited. He showed up probably an hour after the time Arsh had informed me he was expecting him, so there was time wasted for me that could have been avoided if he had more reliable communication with the tech and told me to come in later. The tech worked on my phone while he and Arsh chatted, not sure if he would've been quicker / more focused without the chatting ... or if he was working on other stuff before getting to my phone even though I was the only person waiting in the store... but after 20-30 minutes (mind you this is on top of the time I waited before he arrived) I was informed he was unable to complete the service on the spot because the battery needed to be drained first. So after 1+ hours I found out I needed to leave my device with the tech and pick it up in a few days' time. All's well that ends well because the tech succeeded in bypassing the FRP and removing the Google account I was locked out of. Arsh followed up in a few days to let me know I could pick up the device. I'd use them again as long as their prices remain competitive. read more

I reached out to the store and spoke to "ARSH" about getting my cracked iPad screen repaired before my trip. He told me he didn't have the screen I needed in stock but could get it if I sent a $100 deposit. I said no -- that doesn't seem reasonable, I'll go somewhere else. And he said, "Oh please, send something, even $20, so I'm not wasting my time." I said sure and sent the money. Lo and behold -- the day I was supposed to get the repair, he said he still didn't have the screen and would get back to me the next day (this is already after I waited patiently a few days). He did not get back to me. I requested my deposit back. He didn't return it. So he basically stole $20 from me. It must be a sad little existence if you're out here scamming people for $20 over a product you never even delivered. I get it if you keep a deposit for a no-show customer -- but in this case, YOU were the no-show. You thought I was gonna let it slide? Nah. Return my deposit if you'd like me to delete this review -- or live with the shame of being a petty thief and ruining your business's reputation over a measly $20. Note - as a response to his comment -It most definitely was the battery just like his response is most definitely BS. I now have a working phone because yes it was the battery! Results don't lie - this business owner unfortunately does! Look at my other reviews and the pic of the written estimate from the shop that ended up fixing the phone for proof. Original review - I don't give a bad review unless the business truly deserves it. I called this business on a Sunday to see if they had the battery we needed because the other shop (which had diagnosed it correctly) said that's what it needed but they unfortunately didn't have it. Well the guy working gave us a bunch of BS and said it wasn't the battery and tried to claim it was something else. After over two hours (around five when it was time to close) he said he couldn't do anything. He totally charged us anyway - more than he quoted us to successfully do the job which he was incompetent to actually do - and tried to guilt me into paying more, stressing all the time he spent. The next day I was able to get the battery replaced and the only thing wrong with the phone now is that this guy had his dirty sketchy hands on it! Stay away unless you want to be scammed and listen to him fighting on the phone with his girlfriend while he pretends to be fixing your phone. read more

He asked for a review and I'm obliging. I went in for a screen repair already knowing what I wanted. I knew that an OLED screen was much more superior to a standard lcd screen. He promised me an oled for my iPhone 13. When I got there instead he did a bait and switch and instead I got what he calls a "hybrid oled/lcd screen" keep in mind that he was already doing the repair. The problem with non oled screen in iPhone 13 is that it cuts the battery life much faster than an oled screen and the black is bright. I ended up paying 142$ after taxes but was quoted much cheaper for this type of screen at other shops 100$. I'm disappointed with the purchase and after all that he had the audacity to ask me for a review on Google. Which I am very happy to do... just not in the way he wants. read more
