Ranger Discovery, After exhausting searches on the web for a part on my electric wheelchair for a missing bolt that caused my front wheel to fall off. Kathy and her husband took time out of there busy day to look for a part that might get us back on our way, mind you this part has been non existent with several wheelchair repair/sale stores. I was at there store listening to her husband in the shop searching through there inventory for what seemed like an eternity. They informed me that they did not have the part but assured me she would call around and call me back one way or another to let me know what she found out. I was out having dinner a couple hours later when i received a call from a company in CA stating they had the part that I needed, I had asked if they might have another part that I needed, she asked me to take a Pic of where that part might be located on the chair, and like magic the part was identified. She sent an email with the work order and payment method right in the email link and was sending it to my home address all while I was still having my dinner. Fantastic!!! I needed my wheelchair wheels replaced. She told my they had a shop closer to me in Ocala so I went there. EVERYONE at the Ocala shop was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The lady in Mobility Monkey is horrible. I never call a woman the "B" word but now I know what it means. She has no customer relationship. She hardly spoke to us and would not even sell us the part we wanted. It was SO nice to drive alittle farther to My Mobility Medical in Leesburg. They are understanding and explain thing to you. They don't fly out of the building like she did and crab and refuse service. We did not deserve that. Please for your own sake go to Mr Mobility Monkey. That woman at Mobility Monkey should be closed down!! read more

I have been coming here for the past 8 years and have received nothing but the best service. Any issues or concerns they take care of right away. They are a husband and wife team that do the best they can. As far as customer service in the front you just have to go there with a little patience since it's only one person in the front she is answering the telephone and trying to help customers. She does a wonderful job and look forward to doing all my business with them. I am a Veteran and she jumps through all kind of hoops dealing with the VA. read more
