I showed the installer exactly how it was supposed to go on. When I came to pick it up the guy installed it backwards. When I showed him his mistake he refused to believe he screwed it up even though I showed him it wouldn't work in the car. My custom made leather was ruined from his trimming, stapling and gluing. I went to so many places who did a quick look, gave me an estimate with the caveat that it could be more. One place said they would order me a new bumper (not needed, my bumper was 100% not in need of replacement, no dents, no scratches, nothing.) I went ALL over WNY. I then stopped at this place, they said, we can fix it in an hour, charged me the most reasonable price (Much less than the $900 one place was going to charge me to replace the bumper!!) and the people there are funny (a great skill and characteristic in my book) and were no nonsense.
