I had the pleasure of talking to all four of the women that were working in the pharmacy and all of them were very kind. They were even so sweet to my toddler who accompanied me. Staff was able to price match my prescription to save me some money!The pharmacist was knowledgeable and reassuring in regard to all of the questions I had for her. Billing won't return calls. The RRT won't return calls. I had to have my dr leave them a message for me just to get them to call! They did call but I was unavailable called them right back and no return calls for a week. The customer service is abysmal, the billing is worse. I'm pretty sure there is insurance fraud at work here.

Prior to product delivery I had to cancel the order due to a health issue with a family member. Bob stated that I caught him off guard and that he'd have to sell something to get my money back. As of this writing, (almost 2 months after cancellation) I have only received $3500 back (he literally taped an envelope containing the check to the front door of my business). He still owes me $6500 but refuses to answer any of my calls. I have contacted the Stiltz supplier directly but have not heard back yet from the person that handles this type of issue. I'm speaking with an attorney tomorrow but wanted to warn others about this "company". Never EVER give him money up front for anything. If he claims he has to give the deposit to his supplier, make arrangements to pay them directly. Or better yet, find a different company to install your elevator.

Since Lincare didn't renew there contract Humana won't pay. So much for the elderly who need oxygen. Lincare doesn't care. Otherwise I would have oxygen delivered under a contract with Humana. Oxygen tanks are all that keep people alive.
