They sell expensive parts that break on install and do not stand behind their products. I ordered weep hole covers for my rv. Little plastic part cost $4.35 each. Total order was over $94.00 and they charged shipping and handling fees. When I installed them the little tabs broke off nearly half of them. Reached out to them by email and was ignored. Tried calling but no one answered. Finally contacted them again from their website and this is all I received from Carla. "We sell a large quantity of these weep hole covers every month and have never run across this issue." Their customer service is non-existent! DO NOT buy from this company!! If I could I would give this place 0 stars for the kind of service provided by the staff! After giving my credit card info I just wanted to know if I could have a receipt or confirmation number sent to my email since he could not provide it to me on the phone. As stressed out as terry had seemed to be he shouldn't even be working in customer service with that kind of addittude! I called back since he hung up on me to ask to speak to someone higher and John not only gave the same additude to me but told me to call somewhere else when I only wanted to make sure they had cancelled my order. It just didn't seem right having to give them all of my credit card info without a total price on what they were going to charge me... I ordered a screen thru Diane for my emergency exit window. Twice it came to them damaged and they let me know each time. I oked the reorders from Winnebago. It has finally arrived and it is perfect and fits exactly. Diane has been very helpful not only with this order but with information and part number confirmation for other items for my Minnie. She knows her catalog. The shipping charges are a little high but Fed Ex is, anyway you look at it. So I can't complain. I will do business with them again, they have authentic parts which will fit your Winnebago. read more

I ordered a side window for my 1993 Winnebago Brave that I had just purchased. The window sat at my residence for approximately 8 weeks before I had an opportunity to replace it. During replacement the window mysteriously shattered on my work bench from what I presumed to be a factory flaw. I pessimistically reported it to Mobility RV (Winnebagoparts.com) not expecting any type of warranty replacement due to the time lapse and the unusual circumstance surrounding the instance. To my surprise, they took my information and within the hour they called me back advised that they were replacing the window under warranty and my only responsibility would be shipping charges. GREAT customer service and I intend to keep them in my favorites as my primary parts source. read more

I have purchased from this company a few times. The first time they were helpful and polite. The next time they sent me the wrong part. I ordered it correctly, but Mobility RV sent me the wrong part. John at Mobility RV told me I should alter it to make it work. Thinking I would give them one more chance I ordered another part from Mobility. They said it would be drop shipped from Winnebago direct to me. It arrived damaged. I thought I might be able to save everyone trouble by using it as it came, so I installed it and hoped for the best. The first trip after that it broke. I called Mobility and explained it had broken. I was told that since it had been shipped from Winnebago Mobility would not help me. I asked John if I understood correctly- They had sold the product to me, taken my money, but were washing their hands of it when there was a problem. John agreed, that was the situation. The product was sent to me 95 days ago. The warranty is 90 days. I grant those facts. My problem is that I was not told those facts until today. Mobility charged my credit card, and never sent a receipt or any other information. Nothing came with the product. John pointed out the fact that of the 90 days and 95 days and told me I should know their return policy from past purchases. When I asked if he knew the return policies from anyone he had ever shopped with he told me he did not but I should. Mobility might know their RV parts. But their customer service and support come in second to the local cable company, and we know most people are leaving the cable companies. As far as Mobility goes, buyer beware- it will eventually come back and bite you hard. read more

I ordered a window for my motorhome and specifically requested that the window be delivered to my physical address and not to my billing address. I was told the order would take about 6 weeks. The window (40 lbs) was shipped to the billing address and it took almost 10 weeks. Because Mobility was the middleman, I couldn't get any information when checking the status at the 6 week point. I called Mobility a couple times, each time I was assured that this window was being delivered to my physical address. I called one last time and was told it was shipping tomorrow and was given a tracking number. And it did ship. But, the delivery went to the billing address and I was not happy. Furthermore, my credit card was charged an additional $48 to ship it there. Apparently I was told the shipping charge would added when it shipped since they didn't know what it would cost but I don't remember hearing that. Since that made sense, I accepted that explanation. So now I have to deal with the window going to the wrong place and paying to have it shipped to the right address. I talked to John (must be the HMFIC) and he flatly denied that the mis-shipment was their fault. John called me back right away saying that they found a note in the file where I specified where I wanted the window shipped to. Steve accepted responsibility and said he would pay to ship it to the correct address. So Escapees (the wrong shipping address) shipped the window to me at a tune of $115. The credit from Mobility to my credit card was done in a reasonable time and all turned out well. I'm knocking off one star for being misled on the lead time by a few weeks and I'd like to knock off another star for the total screw up on the delivery but Mobility did make it right for me in the end. read more

Horrible company to attempt to get RV parts. I always thought middle America had the friendliest people in the country.That perception has been blown up by my conversations with their Representative Diane! What a nasty condescending individual! Here they attempt to sell me a Skylight for a Winnebago. However the item does not come with any instructions and Diane does not believe they should provide these instructions. We are a parts seller not a service center she mockingly exclaims! Well we all know how much support one will get should the item not be installed in the correct manner. RV service centers say to install it one way. Then Mobility RV says why the issue just apply some sealant and install the screws. But when the skylight still leaks they say it was not installed correctly and NOT having any printed instructions they can safely say it was not installed correctly because there is no proof on how it should be installed. Meanwhile they charge over $200 for a flimsy piece of plastic and another $40 to ship it. I will do EVERYTHING I can to not purchase another part from this company and would recommend that others do the same. Everything is cool until one has an issue, then they are nowhere to help you get to the solution. They will say OH! we sell hundreds and never have had a problem.
