Well we have finally found Ocean Conversions. Richard Ruggeri came over to her house quite a number of times to show her different wheelchair styles and was so kind, caring and patient always. Once she decided on the model that fit her body best, Richard was able to explain how we could have a lockdown installed in the front seat. She is now able to sit in the front seat where the airbags are. Ocean Conversions put in an extension to the seatbelt so she is double locked down and she and her driver are safe when they and her caregiver are on the road! Disneyland here they come! I was on a cruise & during transport after cruise my scooter became disabled. I have very limited…read moremobility & was in Ft Lauderdale & had a flight to Massachusetts in the early evening. I immediately went online to try & locate a repair service. I was at a family members home in Ft Lauderdale & called Total Mobility Services. I was in panic mode because without my scooter I would not be able to travel alone & get my flight. From the moment I spoke to this woman Johanna she calmed me down & assured me she would do anything to help! She asked me for my location & placed me on a very brief hold & told me there was a driver making a delivery not far away & made arrangements for him to pick up my scooter & bring it in for repair. Julius was friendly & amazing! Johanna called me back & stated Fernando the Tech was able to fix it & Julius the driver who picked it up would return it! This entire process was less than two hours & I had it back in plenty of time for my flight. This team of workers Johanna, Julius & Fernando were AMAZING! I have never experienced customer service at this level, and the price for this service was extremely reasonable! Thank you for all your help & your Team is A+++. There's ample free parking right across from the store entrance. The small store is just packed with equipment and supplies. Every bit of shelf and floor space is full. The gal who was working there at the time was busy helping a lady interested in a foldable/portable wheelchair. They had several of those in a couple different colors, walkers of all styles, and anything else you could think of for someone elderly or recuperating. She was nice enough to take a quick break just to answer a few of my fast questions. I don't know how the prices compare here, but the availability of what you might need could take precedence when you can get an item right away.

I've been a loyal customer here for years, filling legitimate prescriptions for essential…read moremedications that I must take daily for ongoing medical conditions--missing even a short time puts my health at serious risk. Suddenly, at the start of January 2026, they informed me they could no longer fill these due to an unexpected issue with DEA licensing/registration requirements. They claimed they only learned about it that day, with no prior warning whatsoever. This left me without critical daily medications, forcing me to scramble for a new pharmacy and have my doctor resend everything during the hectic new year period. The total lack of advance notice, communication, or any contingency plan showed a complete disregard for patient health and caused tremendous stress and danger. While regulations are important, better preparation and care for long-time patients could have prevented this. This experience has destroyed my trust--I'll be switching permanently and suggest others relying on daily essential prescriptions seek more reliable options.
