Excellent customer service. Reasonably priced, like new equipment. All equipment fully charged and ready to roll.

They fit me right in and were one of the most honest and kind mechanics I've ever encountered. Thank you so much!

Cars with tons of miles on them or way too new and out if our budget. Thankfully, we found a car from Wilde Honda and the stars aligned. My husband was in and out in a few hours making the entire process extremely painless, compared to past car buying experiences that were full day affairs. Their ability to properly handle all the paperwork in a timely fashion kept the ball rolling too, I say this as our last car buying experience in Tampa involved the dealer having to overnight us paperwork they forgot to give us. Great job guys! We will be back for another car.

The next day, I noticed the problem and reached out multiple times to my sales rep. He said he would talk to the paint department and sales manager to see what can be done. He never got back to me with any solution, so we flew back home with no resolution. I called back to the sales manager and stated I will be back in August. The sales manager noted the issue in my file and to bring it back when I am in town again. I did and after very little time and multiple people looking at it, they concluded there was nothing that could be done as it is a used vehicle. I was quoted $2,000 to have it repainted but I am having it done for less money elsewhere. No effort to even work with me on resolving the issue. Very disappointed in the lack of communication, customer service, and any interest in making it right. Matt

When i went to the waiting room (which is quite large) it was full of people. This would not be only 1 hour wait. I asked why I have a long wait when I had an appointment and I was told they are backed up with tire sales etc. I took my vehicle out and went to Valvoline. 2-My daughters car had a flat and AAA said she will need a new rim as well as a new tire and he suggested I tow it to a dealership. We had it towed on 7/16. She called to check on it 7/22 and Kevin said he had look into it and call her back. He called back and said they were waiting on the tire. He called back on 7/23 to say the tire will be in the next day. On 7/24 he called and said "Are you sitting down? We're having trouble with the alignment. You will need to replace the lower control arm and both front struts. The car will not drive straight." he quoted us at $3600 before tax "right now" (meaning he was probably planning to add more on later). We authorized the repair. We reached out to several mechanic friends and they all informed us that there was no way this level of damage could have been done. We told GMC we NEEDED the car done by Wednesday. As of Wednesday evening, the parts were not even there yet. We informed them we'd be taking the car and going elsewhere and they said that we would be charged for the parts (that weren't even there yet). We took the car Thursday morning to a local repair shop that had the car completely repaired THE SAME DAY for less than half the price. The struts were not even needed and the car drove beautifully out of the shop. I would not recommend this service center as they are not honest, price gouge and will prolong the length of the service/repair. It's also something to note that several days would go by without hearing from them and WE had to reach out to get any form of update. This is an absolute deplorable business. Go elsewhere.

The most recent was a complete mis-diagnosis of a check engine light issue, where they wanted to charge me $2,400 for repairs that as it turns out would not have even addressed the main issue. The smallest of which is recommended replacement of a perfectly good battery for $448.20 before they could even fully diagnose the issue. The only valid charge would have been for a coolant flush. I had to reach out multiple times to get an update and ended up taking 3 days to get a bad result. They either did not know what they were doing or were consciously trying to overcharge me. An independent repair shop diagnosed the issue correctly and saved me considerable $$.

When I arrived, I told the salesman (I don't think he ever told me his name) what I was there for. We went into the office, where another man was in the back on the phone. The salesman that I was working with shouted back for him to get off the personal call and answer the business line that was ringing, then proceeded to talk poorly about the caller (I guess he recognized the number). After the person in the back hung up with the caller, he then shouted to the front where I sat with the salesman that he was going to "take a s@#t). The icing on the cake was that the salesman then proceeded to inform me that the car that was advertised for $4584 would be over $7800 out the door (including tax, tags and dealer fees). I hadn't even looked at the car!! I politely declined and went about my day.

I made the appointment, and they told me they were slow and could get me in that day. I rearranged my schedule, canceled meetings, and figured I would get some work done in the waiting room while they worked on my truck. After I had been waiting for about an hour, they came out and told me the cost was going to be three times the amount I was quoted over the phone. I could understand the final price being a few hundred dollars different, but not 3X the quoted price. At that point, the whole thing felt like a bait-and-switch. Quote a price that gets the customer through the door, get their vehicle in the shop, and then come back with a price three times higher. I have to wonder how many people, after already rearranging their day and waiting around, just give in and pay it. I have been coming here for over 20 years. I've purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership and typically had all of my service done here. Despite that history, they weren't willing to honor the quote. Their explanation was that the person who gave me the quote over the phone was inexperienced. Your lack of training is not my problem. If your employee gives a customer a quote, schedules the appointment based on that quote, and the customer rearranges their day and shows up expecting that price, you should stand behind what your employee told them. After more than 20 years as a customer, I'll never be back. I also won't recommend this dealership to anyone again. Twenty years of loyalty disappeared in one visit because they refused to stand behind their own quote.
