NSM is not just the worst group I've ever encountered; they are by far the worst. Emails go unanswered. Telephone calls are ignored. They were months late delivering my new chair. When it quickly broke down, I phoned and was told to send an email with a description of the issue. I did that, and attached photos. Three weeks have now passed and I have no response. I expect I'll find a small private group and pay for repair out of pocket. I'm guessing they count on that. Problem is, they have monopoly contracts with large hospital groups. So why should they bother with individual service? The big bucks from insurance-backed equipment sales.

I tried to work with two other companies prior to them to get my power wheelchair. Neither company could accommodate my special requests. Kristine, Jeff, and John at the Prime Care office had no issues working with my special requests. It is difficult for me to communicate via telephone due to not only my disabilities, but also a poor cell signal at my house. They had no issues at all communicating solely via text and email. They took care of all the paperwork and communications with my doctor and insurance company to get the proper forms filed. They were all courteous, polite, and professional every step of the way. They kept me informed of where we were in the process and what I would need to do in my home to get it ready for my chair. John worked with me to get the chair delivered when it was convenient for me. At delivery he explained all I needed to know and answered all my questions. Truly a great team at this company. I definitely recommend them if you need a power wheelchair, or any other medical equipment.

Parts I ordered were discovered in a computer order waiting to be ordered. I call the company to ask for service on wheels they had sold me. Associate repeatedly said we don't sell or maintain those anymore. She would not offer direction to another dealer.

Sadly today I called to see if I can get a part for my scooter and was met with some Philippian call center that was RUDE and dismissive toward me. I was given another phone # to call to get the local office but SURPRISE it was the same people I just talked to. Then was transferred to some lady that was from mexico that would not even check to see if they had a part for my scooter. This part is Universal and still used in NEW scooters. She flat our refused to check or allow me to speak with the local office. Also got more rude when I asked to speak with her supervisor and placed my call on mute for several minutes without interacting with me. Never got me to the supervisor.
