Firstly, I would like to thank Terri and the staff at Albany Lift for delivering on the stairlift…read more-- my parents seem to be very pleased with the whole installation and the lift is certainly making their lives a lot easier and I sleep easier at night knowing they have a safe(r) way of getting down 12-15 stairs. My father is largely disabled due to muscle loss from a lung disease, and my 5'2" mother supports his weight coming down stairs to the exits of the home. I only wish they had agreed to install it sooner. For context, we just had a Savaria Stairfriend installed in my parents' home, which is a curved stairlift to accommodate the structure of their stairs and requires a custom build. I worked with Albany Lift from June - July -- whole process took a little over a month. Between engineering survey to installation was about 3-4 weeks of parts delivery -- this was the fastest brand that could be delivered. Pros: * Working with Terri and her family was a lot more preferable to working with random telephone consultants and a black box of staff. I had also considered working directly with Acorn and Ameriglide, but was uncomfortable with both as they all wanted deposits or a contract signed up front before the property was even assessed. I loved being able to directly work with the same real person through this whole process. Installing a stairlift is about as much work as installing any home component so having a real person to ask about materials, limitations, * Terri and her team were quick to schedule with, fastidious about arrival time (even though they had to drive a few hours down to our home to assess) and in light of the pandemic, were happy to mask up and wear additional PPE (we gave them disposable booties) as requested. Thanks for being so accommodating given the high risk patient in the home! * Terri and her team were great with answering many questions and honestly breaking down the cost for us so we could see how much all the components would be, along with being very straightforward on warranty / service costs. There was 0 question about the costs from start to finish -- this was extremely important to me and my parents, and I appreciate their transparency. * Ultimately, installation was delivered as promised and more or less in line with the date scheduled. This saved me a lot of grief with very demanding clients (my parents) who get extremely rattled by any schedule change. Cons: Most of these are super minor. * Some rescheduling of things -- if you're pretty time flexible, this is barely a blip in the grand scheme of things. My parents are extraordinarily inflexible about changing a date, time, standing outside their house at various times of the day -- you get the picture, but as the middlewoman communicating all of this with them, it was a stress point. * One component of the lift (an automatic swivel) was found to be unavailable after the initial contract was drawn up / deposit paid, but I'm assuming a lot of things are out of their control at this time, given general problems with supply chain in pretty much every industry. * Some requested information had to be requested a few times (i.e. updated invoice or brochures with specs).

I was given another phone # to call to get the local office but SURPRISE it was the same people I just talked to. Then was transferred to some lady that was from mexico that would not even check to see if they had a part for my scooter. This part is Universal and still used in NEW scooters. She flat our refused to check or allow me to speak with the local office. Also got more rude when I asked to speak with her supervisor and placed my call on mute for several minutes without interacting with me. Never got me to the supervisor. My suggestion is to NOT do business with this the company that took them over. Sad that the great guys over at Monroe are no longer there to help

NSM is not just the worst group I've ever encountered; they are by far the worst. Emails go unanswered. Telephone calls are ignored. They were months late delivering my new chair. When it quickly broke down, I phoned and was told to send an email with a description of the issue. I did that, and attached photos. Three weeks have now passed and I have no response. I expect I'll find a small private group and pay for repair out of pocket. I'm guessing they count on that. Problem is, they have monopoly contracts with large hospital groups. So why should they bother with individual service? The big bucks from insurance-backed equipment sales.

I gladly took over the Razr and became the authorized representative for her Verizon bill. It wasn't long before the Motorola Razr became outdated and a new iPhone was the replacement. I removed everything from the Razr and gave it to a friend that didn't have a phone. I'm mad at myself for not keeping it. It was a classic. If I could get a phone in that style with all my Apple capabilities I'd buy it! Are you listening Apple? Flash forward to this past week when I heard on the news that Motorola is coming out with a new flip phone that can also be clasped on your wrist like a watch. That definitely sounds interesting! I give Motorola four stars because of my love for my original mobile flip phone. I'd definitely like to see their latest innovation in flip phones.

I have been a loyal customer despite many malfunctions on their part. Because my card was stolen, the bank told me 7-10 business days until the new card was received in the mail. I went to Spritz and explained this to the woman, who said that's completely fine, she sees my sticker on my car and knows I'm a loyal customer, and remember, the payment was only due the 23rd so it's only been a couple days. She let me in no problem, said happy holidays. I try to take very good care of my husband's car while he is on deployment, so I aim to wash at least twice a week. So I went today (hoping my credit card shows up in tomorrow's mail). The guy let me through, same situation as a couple days prior. Mind you, my card has only been not working since I had to report it stolen on Dec 23 My kids and I got home after car wash and groceries today and I received a call from the owner YELLING at me saying I pressured his employees to allow me in (anyone who knows me knows I'm a quiet and meek person) and stated that I was essentially stealing car washes and that he understands my card is currently in jeapordy but doesn't want me taking my business there. He said he has bills to pay and I'm stealing from him. Mind you, ITS ONLY BEEN 7 days and my SPRITZ sticker shows I've been a loyal customer for 6 months! There was no sense speaking to this man, he continued to yell over me. I have never publically shamed this company when their vacuum ate my money and charged my card twice without providing service. If my husband were here, I would have another card on file. This "owner" blew everything WAY out of proportion and the yelling was very unprofessional. He told me "we will see what Chris Koetzle thinks of this. Ok. Let's. I have never NEVER dealt with such an unprofessional human in all of my life. SHAME ON SPRITZ CAR WASH! Don't worry, I WILL take my business elsewhere. I went here out of convenience while my husband is deployed because it's easier! The quality is awful and I was tol d it's not a "one size fits all" for the wash that's why soap is always left all over. But they're right- not a one size fits all by any means.

I recently contacted National Seating & Mobility to remove a stair lift in a family members home. The two gentlemen that arrived to remove the lift, Matt and Scott were extremely polite, courteous and professional. They were also very prompt, arriving a few minutes before their scheduled block of time. They were very cautious in removing the equipment to not damage any walls, etc. They also went out of their way to store it in the home in a place where it would not be in the way.
