NSM is not just the worst group I've ever encountered; they are by far the worst. Emails go unanswered. Telephone calls are ignored. They were months late delivering my new chair. When it quickly broke down, I phoned and was told to send an email with a description of the issue. I did that, and attached photos. Three weeks have now passed and I have no response. I expect I'll find a small private group and pay for repair out of pocket. I'm guessing they count on that. Problem is, they have monopoly contracts with large hospital groups. I tried to work with two other companies prior to them to get my power wheelchair. Neither company could accommodate my special requests. Kristine, Jeff, and John at the Prime Care office had no issues working with my special requests. It is difficult for me to communicate via telephone due to not only my disabilities, but also a poor cell signal at my house. They had no issues at all communicating solely via text and email. They took care of all the paperwork and communications with my doctor and insurance company to get the proper forms filed. They were all courteous, polite, and professional every step of the way. They kept me informed of where we were in the process and what I would need to do in my home to get it ready for my chair. John worked with me to get the chair delivered when it was convenient for me. At delivery he explained all I needed to know and answered all my questions. Truly a great team at this company.
