When I finally got a hold of him he said he completely forgot about it. So... giving him the benefit of the doubt I scheduled another appointment for today Tuesday at 12:30. He called me at 12:40 saying that he was sorry but he had another customer that was stranded. If that was the case he would have called me earlier when he learned about it... not once he was already late. The most alarming thing is he sounded intoxicated and it's only 12:30 PM. I would not entrust this man with my time or safety. I am annoyed and angered by this mans lack of business sense.

The crew here worked with me to source the parts I needed at a price I could afford and stuck with the problems until they were resolved. Service like this does not come cheap however the value of getting it done right the first time with a shop that will back their work after you've paid for it makes it at least reasonable. These guys are direct and perhaps more unfiltered than you may find at other shops. They are also funny and passionate about getting your car back on the road working right. They laid out a few options for me with or without using my insurance, and since I had a low deductible we ran it through the insurance. They were great with communicating with my adjuster and even communicated ahead of time that my return date would be 2 days later than originally anticipated, which I really appreciated. I dealt with Arthur and Belinda and they were both fantastic. I even had them do an oil change while it was there and they washed and vacuumed it before returning it! The extra detailing and care they put into the job was amazing and I'll definitely use them again. Thanks so much y'all!!!!

Also asked for my tires to be rotated and rims checked. Got a call back within a couple hours that everything was completed. Not only did they forget to rotate my tires and check rims, but they never confirmed whether this was included with the service. Like an idiot, I assumed that when you buy a $70,000 truck from a dealership that they would likely also include free tire rotations and balancing. When I called back after realizing that these services were never completed, the smart ass on the other end of the line did nothing to rectify the situation. Rather, he proceeded to only tell me that the rotating, balancing, and rim checks were additional. Nevermind that we forgot to do what you asked and give you a price. If you want way better service after the sale from Lifted Trucks...I HIGHLY recommend staying away from this location and go to their Hurst location. They are waaaaay better at Customer Service there!
