My family and I are so grateful to Griswald for all they have done for my family and my father in…read morehis final days. Amidst the fear and chaos that came with hospice and the unknown, our caretakers went above and beyond to make my father's final weeks as comfortable as possible. Our first night home, where we were at our most unsure, Maria Lerma came as if an angel. She brought with her a sense of calm and peace that we really needed. Upon finding out we are Catholic, Maria took the time to pray the rosary with my father as he fell asleep. It was at that moment that I felt, as if in answer to a prayer, "You're going to be ok." The next day, we were blessed with Pius, who stayed with us every weekday (and sometimes more) until the end. There are so many things I could say about Pius and how wonderful he was. He went above and beyond with my father. Not only did he take the time to get to know my father but also helped him keep his dignity as best he could. For someone as strong and intelligent as my father was, I know how frustrating it could be for people to come in and talk down to him or treat him as less than. Pius was never that way. They regularly would chat or just sit and watch the news together. Even toward the end when my father was no longer waking up, Pius still made it a point to turn on the news, saying that he believed it calmed my father. That attention and care was exactly what we needed. There were several other caretakers who went above and beyond that deserve recognition like Destiny who jumped right in and showed initiative, taking great care of him on the weekends. Also, Katy who spent many nights up with him getting him whatever he requested and never batting an eye. And finally Raedarianna (Rae) who was there on my father's last night when he passed peacefully. No amount of training can prepare you for a night like that. Even after his passing, she stayed with my daughter and I, offering condolences and comfort until hospice came to pronounce him. That time was some of the hardest of my life. But our caretakers were a light in a dark storm. Even when we had a rough caretaker, Griswald handled it immediately. This is a company that puts the families they care for first. Even through immense grief, it gives me peace, knowing that my father had a team of people caring for him with all they had. He deserved nothing less.

I'm a pharmacist I know). They don't bathe her like they should or make her brush her teeth and keep giving her sugar and crap instead of nutritious meals.Wonder why she eats like a horse when I go to visit her.Quit sitting on your asses and do your job or find another. What the hell is this company hiring? Training..... appears non-existent.This is Synergy Wisconsin to be clear Waushara county. Its bad when you know the other caretakers are commenting on the shitty ones your parent is paired with.Get it together or get a lawsuit.Certain caretakers should be paid less,Than the superior ones.Do your job ! Follow the plan.My mom had several falls because of lazy incompetence.Oh I guess I should post a photo of the caretaker sleeping in the chair snoring with her arm hanging down when we came back from the grocery.Hope she didn't miss my moms calls ( and quit lying). When we go to visit they think they can shirk their duties and are more interesting in what we r doing than what they should be doing.Piss poor people do your JOB!Tired of feeding them too.

Everyone here truly cares about your success and will help you with whatever you need. If you have the heart for helping people and really want to make a career out of it, this is the place for you. We care about our caregivers as much as we do our clients. Theres a reason this company has been open for 23years and others dont last long. I believe if you give us a chance you will be happy. As long as you have a good attitude ^.^ I can't Express enough how impressed I am at how much the owner and the employees care about the clients wellbeing as much as the caregiver's. They really are some of the most genuine people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, and I'm not just saying that because they sign my checks haha :p they really are great people.

The En-Su-Casa caregiver has worked with my parents for nearly two years. She has helped keep my parents' home clean and prepares nutritious meals for them as well. She also accompanies my parents to doctor's appointments and errands. And she only is with them a total of about 20 hours a week! The caregiver isn't the only great thing about En Su Casa. The staff is professional, resourceful, and communicative. At the onset of our working with them, they provided us all of the information that we needed to be able to choose them among other service provides. And since then, they are always available to us, especially during emergencies. Because of En Su Casa, my parents have been able to stay in their home and not go into an assisted living facility. Though, when it is time for that transition, I trust En Su Casa to provide me with counsel. The staff know the business, and I trust them. I'll add that it took a few caregivers to find the right fit--a total of three--but even those individuals who ended up not staying with my parents acted in a professional manner. I highly recommend En Su Casa to anyone.

But since they could get paid by insurance, they continued to try to do walking therapy on an individual whose motor cortex is degenerated to the point where their therapy was dangerous. I invoked my Medical Power of Attorney and asked them not to contact my brother again. My brother and I are very fortunate to have an extremely good medical care team and are not reliant on HNTS.

RN Courtney visited Mom on a regular basis and made sure that Mom's vitals were okay. Courtney was relentlessly patient at reminding mom about how she should get up from bed as Mom has orthostatic hypotension. We will never forget your amazing service Courtney! Alma did the first phase of Mom's physical therapy. Yet another exceptional person Alma is. She took care of Mom like her own. Sadly we could not get Alma's availability back for Mom's 2nd therapy phase. Nonetheless, Jim was equally amazing. Jim concluded the therapy sessions by giving me an exercise program for Mom. I have since taken over Mom's PT 3 times a week. Thank you Alma and Jim, for everything! And thank you to Luis (RN), the coordinator who made sure that all processes ran smoothly. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of home health services.
