It was so nice to find a mochi donut place in NW AR! I wish it wasn't inside a mall, but at least it's right inside the door... If you know what entrance to go in, we didn't. I got three different flavors: mango, matcha & cookie batter. The mango was the best hands down & the cookie batter really didn't have much flavor. The matcha icing was thick, in fact both the cookie batter & matcha had really thick icing. I'm glad it's an option in town, but I have had better mochi donuts. If I'm craving them again I would totally go back, but just be more picky on my flavors.

The Coconut Ube was absolutely delicious!! I had plenty of questions (dairy and gluten free) and they were so kind to answer thoroughly and check ingredients for me. Will definitely be back!

If you want to enjoy a unique treat, then this place is a must visit. They specialize in mochi donuts, which is a pastry made with rice/tapioca flour. The donuts themselves have a light crisp on the outside when you bite down, making way for a chewy, dense, and slightly fluffy texture on the inside. If you ever had boba or rice cakes, it is similar but think more fluffy. The donuts are topped with the flavors of the week and overall it is delicious and not overbearingly sweet. They also serve milk and fruit teas with different toppings (boba, almond pudding, popping boba, etc.). I got the milk tea with almond pudding. You can choose how sweet you want it and how much ice is in it, too. The tea was fantastic, it was a strong and creamy black tea. The staff was very friendly and they had just brought out a fresh tray of donuts when I got there. Check this place out, they just opened today in the food court in the NWA Mall; I'll definitely be back.

I showed up at 11am (when they open) on my way to a friends house to bring donuts. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait for donuts because no product was ready. How do you open your business and have nothing to sell? I came back over an hour later around 12:15 and got a couple different types (glazed, chocolate crunch) but they still had not made the strawberry or cookies and crème flavors which the worker had told me would be available. The donuts were pretty good, I liked the chew they had to them, but not good enough where I would make a trip to get them again.

This has always been my go-to spot for boba in NWA. But after the experience I had today, not anymore. My fiancé went around 1:00 to get 4 drinks. There were some young teenagers working. He paid and waited, and waited, and waited... they brought out 2 drinks. He waited some more for the other 2, but they never brought them out. After waiting for 20 minutes, he saw that other customers were receiving their drinks. Confused, he asked one of the workers where his other 2 drinks were. They replied, "oh, we forgot about those" and went back to make them. He waited another 30 minutes for the last 2 drinks. They finally brought them out and they were AWFUL. The redbull drink was flat with no carbonation at all. They also put no ice in it. We ordered 3 coconut ube drinks with crystal boba and the drinks were white (they're usually purple) with barely any crystal boba inside. So in total, he waited almost an hour for the drinks and they weren't even worth the $30. The employees didn't even apologize for the wait or screwing up the drinks. Worst customer service ever. We won't ever be returning and wasting our money here. Edit: after posting my original review, an employee from this boba shop dm'd me on Instagram accusing me of putting the employees jobs in jeopardy by "making them look bad." If this doesn't speak to how immature and unprofessional they are here, I don't know what will.

Im originally from Taiwan and I have travelled so many places just to experience food from my country. I would say back then I always have to travel to dallas to get more authentic boba tea and mochi donuts. Im beyond excited this place opened up! The boba was delicious and I love the flavor. The mochi donuts are always tricky, as sometimes its hard to get the mochi consistency right. As I have been to the mochi donuts shop in dallas and I wouldn't say its the best. BUT DAMN, this place got it! There are so many flavors you can choose from, I tried the Macha and original (im basic) and its ON POINT! I can tell its also fresh and I just cannot wait to visit again! I have tried the mochi donuts in NYC and i can def tell you it's comparable! Im so happy a small city in AR have this!

Friendly staff. Went on Saturday morning and the donuts were so fresh and chewy. Korean Kdog is also a must try.

Ate here the other evening and all I can say is the atmosphere sucks. They have changed from a sit…read moredown restaurants where a server takes your order to a counter ordering system. There is little to no decor on the walls and the place just feels empty. On top of that it was also pretty cold in the dining area. Yes, I get that labor costs money but the little robot they use to bring out your drinks and silverware is pretty lame. We were sat less than 5ft from the counter, it probably took longer to load the two drinks and silverware onto the robot and tell it where to go than it would have taken to walk them to our table. The food is okay/average. It's not bad but it's not great. Prices seem fairly typical for the type/style of food.

Found them open and that a lot had changed since my last visit. It is now order at the counter and…read morethey will run you your food. I ordered pork spring roll and beef pho with round steak and tendon. I knew we weren't off to a great night when she said "we're all out of bean sprouts, is that OK ?" Well, no it's a bummer that a Vietnamese restaurant is out of bean sprouts at 6 PM, but here we are. I said ok, because anything I would eat there should contain bean sprouts so no point in changing my order. I paid for my meal and added a tip, and found a place to sit. In a few minutes, the little robot comes around with my glass of water and utensils. It also delivered Boba tea to a nearby table. I figured out that you have to tell it OK once you've retrieved your things, and it makes the kitty face and tells you thank you. Neat novelty; In a bit the robot was back with my pork spring rolls, which are terribly disappointing. With the absence of bean sprouts, the rolls consisted of only vermicelli noodles and Romaine lettuce, with some very unappetizing pork. I'm accustomed to char grilled pork in a Vietnamese restaurant just having that wonderful grill flavor, and this is overwhelmed with a sticky sweet hoisin based sauce. I munched on one roll. So glad I did not order a pork bowl. The pho was served, and the garnish was lime, jalapeño, and cilantro - no beans sprouts as we knew, no Thai basil, or mint or sawtooth. Broth was a little salty, but it was ok, certainly scratched my pho itch. I asked one of the staff about the pork, did it used to be more lemongrass flavored? She informed me that it had always been exactly as it was. And gave me a pretty good stink eye when I said it wasn't traditional (or very good.) I was not rude about it, but for some reason felt compelled to ask.
