The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they are wicked expensive for what they are. $16 for 6 donuts. They also play trendy music and have a decent amount of seating. Now to what you've been waiting for...the mochi donuts! tI appreciated the large variety and creative flavors to pick from and they are all displayed in glass cases for you to view and make your tasty choice. I tried a few with some friends: s'mores, chocolate, strawberry, fruity pebbles, churros and cookies and cream. They were all tasty and so light, which was a welcomed surprise. Do yourself a favor and drive 8 minutes or so to Momochi instead. The donuts here are so oily, dense and the flavors are very artificial.

The donuts are tasty, but service leaves a lot to be desired. 1. They constantly run out of Boba in the evenings. 2. The brown sugar BUBBLE latte does not come with Boba. I didn't realize this and was highly disappointed with my drink. 3. There is no option for regular sugar level for any of the drinks. You have to choose 75% 50% or 25% which is ridiculous. 4. business is finally slowing down so they had a lot of options when i went late. The fruity pebbles is VERY FRUITY and is only good the day of cause the fruity pebbles get stale. The coconut is basically a vanilla mochinut with a hint of coconut which works for me cause artificial coconut is a little too overwhelming for me. I Normally get drinks from this particular store. But today we ordered 4 drinks and it was all horrible. It tasted very bitter!

The food was absolutely great , The service was awesome but keep in mind this is a very small place and does get packed very fast but they do have ordering stations that I really like. I would definitely recommend the Korean corn dogs if you are stopping by this area . read more

Not only is the wait terrible, but while I was placing my order I asked for a Bobba drink and the young lady said they did not receive their shipment so there for were not serving Bobba. I ended up waiting 40 minutes for the corn dog that I never received. An older woman asked if I wanted a refund, and of course I took my refund but while I was leaving they started serving customers Bobba drinks! Overall 1/10 absolutely would NOT recommend until this restaurant get it together. It's understandable that they are new, but the franchise isn't new and should've done a better job preparing the staff for opening. I was so excited to see mochi coming to Lowell, and thus far disappointed with the outcome. It's always crowded, which I get it's new and it's people flock but it can get a little chaotic in there. I'd be over that if the food had blown me away, but it didn't. The dough is heavy and oily, more dense vs. other mochis I've had which were light and airy, and the flavors are limited and not great honestly. We tried the strawberry, black sesame, original, chocolate, cookies and crème. We also tried the original cheese corn dogs, which were okay but I've had better. I missed the cinnamon sugar that another corndog place does; I know it sounds weird, but it's delicious. If you're willing to drive a bit, try some other mochi places, this is not the best example. read more

This review is after many times coming here - Wait time is always long but I don't mind the wait because staff is usually always friendly and the donuts are good. After tonight I am disappointed, the service was not great. We waited in line ~10 min but didn't mind since the donuts we wanted were still available. We ordered a box of 3 and waited our turn. The ladies behind us ordered their donuts but somehow got theirs before ours, then the ladies behind them got their box of 6 before ours. And in between, all of the people ordering on the phone got theirs too. All the donuts we wanted were gone. The mochi donut was phenomenal. The variety is excellent. We went during the soft open and of it is jammed packed with peoples but the service is still friendly and great. The donuts was going out the door and racks so fast but they kept it restocking it. We can't decide if the churro or fruity pebbles is our favorite. Please go see them and see which one you like. Highly recommended. P.s due to high volume we were unable to try the Korean hotdogs. Also if you go during school out hours expect to wait. Lowell high is around the corner from them. read more
