I called 2 times. I do not have Millions of dollars, but enough to build a Hot Rod. But, I don't believe I will be taking my car here here. I don't want to talk to a Sales Guy on the phone to have them embarrass me, about not opening my Checkbook wide enough. And, judging by other reviews, and Centerfolds in magazines, it appears they cater to the super wealthy and that is not me. Other shops are friendly, willing to help, respond to email's, overall very pleasant. They have given me quotes for front and back frame stubs, complete frame, and Opportunity to bring my car to their shop (I won't say who). They made me feel I was important, even though I am not. They have earned my business with some very easy customer service. I will tell you what I really like... I will give them One EXTRA star for building some extreme Awesome rides! Maybe you guys just need a web Manager and email responder, or some basic classes in customer service. I will give you the benefit of the doubt for now...

It was time for my Honda's 100,000 mile timing belt change. This sounds like one of those things that Honda people just know. Timing belts, come to find out, aren't cheap! Being on a budget, I did my homework. Prices ranged from $700 to $1,200. Good gawd, I'm not wanting to buy a new kidney. My roomie, a retired VW mechanic, told me about James and Garage 808. He uses him exclusively for his Honda. I was wowed by the price that I was quoted. I called and set up my appointment and was very happy with the service. James is very nice and even showed me the Honda parts that he was going to use. Again, being the chick in the scenario, I have no idea what the parts were but I appreciated him trying to educate me. It has been about a month now and I've had no problems. In the mean time, I have referred two other Honda owners to James and I'm sure that I will continue to do so. Nice job, James. Friday Feb. 16th, I went in on a spur of the moment to look for a car for my family. I am a single…read moremom of toddler twins, an 8 yr that lives in Cali and a 16 yr old man child. I needed a car with plenty of space, that was reliable to get me to Cali to see my 8 yr old and that was safe for the twins. Jesse was the first to approach me! He was very kind and seemed to understand exactly what my family needed. He showed me their 2015 Ford Flex (I love flex's so I was mostly already sold!) I took it for a test drive and decided to go for it! She was perfect for my family! I noticed by Sunday the car started to jolt. I had a feeling it was either a misfire in one of the cylinders or the tranny was slipping. By the following Tuesday morning, I went to get coffee before work and the check engine light came on. I emailed the guys there, and calmly voiced my frustration and said that I would be missing work that day to bring it back in. When I pulled back up, I was greeted by Chris and Jesse. I explained to them what had happened. Chris ran a code reader on it, sure enough it was a 4th cylinder misfire! Jesse introduced me to Thor, the mechanic next door and he said he'd get it fixed up! I was so pleased! We went over prices and what it would cost to switch it out. And it was way cheaper than going to Jiffy Lub to have it done there!! Which made me even more happier! Given Kitty (My Flex) was my only transportation, the guys decided to allow me to borrow one of their cars off the lot while Kitty was getting worked on. All of these guys, Jesse, Chris, Drew, Brad and Thor, are all such wonderful people!!! Very friendly! Very welcoming! Willing to listen to frustrations and concerns! Just amazing people!!! By midday Wednesday, Drew calls me on my lunch to inform me that Kitty was all done being worked on and she runs like new! Man, I was so excited to get off work to go pick her up! Drew also told me that they felt that with me only having the car a few days, that it wouldn't be right to have me pay for the work. I was so shocked and surprised when he said that, I cried!!! Not only did they switch out the bad spark plug, they went ahead and replaced ALL SIX OF THEM!! WHEN I SAY THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING, THATS A HUGE UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!! I would absolutely recommend anyone and everyone to get a car from their lot!!!! They don't treat you like you're just another customer, they really treat you and take care of you like family!!!! My Kitty runs soooooooo amazingly!!!! From the very very deepest parts of our hearts, THANK YOU TO ALL FIVE OF YOU GUYS!!!! We sure love our Kitty and I can't wait to take her to Cali at the end of next month!!!

Archer Bros took my hum-drum 2013 5.7 4x4 Toyota Tundra Double Cab Long Bed and gave me back an…read moreabsolute behemoth. They installed a BDS 7in lift and mounted Nitto 37x13.5-20 wrapped around KMC Rock Star IIs. They were kind enough to call me through the build processes so I could take some photos of the transformation. They worked on my truck as if working on a family members vehicle with impressive attention to detail. When we (wife and I) first saw my truck pulled out , my wife was simply speechless as was I. It looked beyond amazing. They made sure that there were no clearance issues with my wheels. I've driven around town to and from work and my truck gets crazy attention. I've got a few more things I'd like done to my rig and I have absolutely NO RESERVATIONS ABOUT SPENDING $$$ OUR BRINGING MY TRUCK back to Archer Bros as they've treated with complete respect. My truck rides like a Cadillac, looks like a juggernaut and I have no regrets having Archer Bros doing the work as they performed stellar work.
