Not sure, but seems like a family business and for sure repeat customers coming back to get other vehicles tinted or customized. They are very hands on and walk you through everything. I ended up getting a 35% ceramic XR black tint on the front and then a clear was added to my already tinted rear windows to help cool the truck down and prevent UV penetration. The team did a great job, original quote was to allow for 3 hours, but they put two technicians on my truck and they were done within an hour. I was worried with the speed, but they did an excellent job. There were a number of bubbles left, but that is normal and they assured me they would go away. A few days in they were completely gone and just had a beautiful tint job. The tint comes with a limited lifetime warranty, so it is a great value when it comes to protecting your vehicle. They have a fairly small parking lot, but they pull your car into a very nice showroom to do the work. Complete with decorative lighting, sleek modern interior and lounge area, as well some really nice custom cars being worked on inside. The lounge area is relaxing and they have an espresso pod machine, which unfortunately I could not get to work. They're very knowledgeable about tint percentages, types of tints, and how it would look depending on the interior. I have the macchiato beige leather seats in my Mercedes, and they advised me accordingly. Ladies, or guys, if you're looking to prevent some weird tans on one arm or freckle spots, this is THE place to go. The price is competitive. If you want it done right, and will last, this is that one and done shop. I WILL be coming back for that ceramic coating when I'm able to, my car needs it bad. But when i called Essential tints, they basically broke down everything i was looking for and even told me i can come by and check out the wraps they have in person. So after going there and meeting with the team, Sam, Martin, and John. They all kind of broke down the best options for me to move forward (considering I will have my car for 7-10 more years). They then introduced to me something called "Color PPF". and When i first heard it, i was thinking okay that sounds dope but what's the price tag..? Turns out vinyl wrap that every shop uses, lasts only like 3 years or so, while the colored PPF lasts 7-10 years. And when you're already considering to pay a good amount of money to get a car wrapped, why not put in a little bit more and get the best possible results. I cannot explain the ease of the whole thing. I also had them redo my tint and wow the difference is worldly. To be honest, the biggest thing that made me wanna get it done with essential tints, is the fact that they offer a loaner car... i've NEVER seen a shop do that. only dealerships. They did a fantastic job on it honestly i don't have anything but great words because my car is truly 1-1 now. It came with a car from 2013. They didn't damage the paint or nothing. They did a great job. I got the car detailed and they said like they said that it was like nothing was ever there before at the dealership.. So now I will go get the ppf redone. I'll update the review later. Nice little shop. It's in the little corner. The two guys that do most of the work they are really knowledgeable. There's a third guy that's around there too, but they do a little bit of everything which is nice. I endorse little small businesses. They're out there and the reason why small businesses usually tend to do a better job and better service than the bigger box brand the bigger box brand just lives on the name. The smaller business is usually what lives on their own name and stand on their own 2 feet. Looking forward to see how they'll work on my car and how it will turn out next I'll post pictures on the update. If you're curious about the removal, it wasn't very expensive. It was around $491 but I had the hood the bumper the fender the two mirrors and the four handles took them out and if you want good service always remember be nice to the people that work on your car one cool thing before I got the car back from the first time though as they actually washed my car and they took all the trash out that was actually pretty cool. It looked good with a car wash. You can tell that they take pride in each car, leaving their place.
