They're very knowledgeable about tint percentages, types of tints, and how it would look depending on the interior. I have the macchiato beige leather seats in my Mercedes, and they advised me accordingly. Ladies, or guys, if you're looking to prevent some weird tans on one arm or freckle spots, this is THE place to go. The price is competitive. If you want it done right, and will last, this is that one and done shop. I WILL be coming back for that ceramic coating when I'm able to, my car needs it bad. But when i called Essential tints, they basically broke down everything i was looking for and even told me i can come by and check out the wraps they have in person. So after going there and meeting with the team, Sam, Martin, and John. They all kind of broke down the best options for me to move forward (considering I will have my car for 7-10 more years). They then introduced to me something called "Color PPF". and When i first heard it, i was thinking okay that sounds dope but what's the price tag..? Turns out vinyl wrap that every shop uses, lasts only like 3 years or so, while the colored PPF lasts 7-10 years. And when you're already considering to pay a good amount of money to get a car wrapped, why not put in a little bit more and get the best possible results. I cannot explain the ease of the whole thing. I also had them redo my tint and wow the difference is worldly. To be honest, the biggest thing that made me wanna get it done with essential tints, is the fact that they offer a loaner car... i've NEVER seen a shop do that. only dealerships. They did a fantastic job on it honestly i don't have anything but great words because my car is truly 1-1 now. My car had tint on the windows already and I thought I would have to pay for it to be removed first, but upon arrival Jessie explained that it was factory tint and they could easily put the film over it and there was nothing to remove. It came out beautifully, I'm very happy with the result. These are local young guys with their own business and I love supporting people like this. They are kind and they are good at what they do. I was going back and forth on windshield tint options, and Taz was responsive/quick with communications to share the options he had available, as well as sending some pictures of vehicles with the options I was considering. The team here was great, everyone was so friendly and seemed to care about every customer. Not sure, but seems like a family business and for sure repeat customers coming back to get other vehicles tinted or customized. They are very hands on and walk you through everything. I ended up getting a 35% ceramic XR black tint on the front and then a clear was added to my already tinted rear windows to help cool the truck down and prevent UV penetration. The team did a great job, original quote was to allow for 3 hours, but they put two technicians on my truck and they were done within an hour. I was worried with the speed, but they did an excellent job. There were a number of bubbles left, but that is normal and they assured me they would go away. A few days in they were completely gone and just had a beautiful tint job. The tint comes with a limited lifetime warranty, so it is a great value when it comes to protecting your vehicle. They have a fairly small parking lot, but they pull your car into a very nice showroom to do the work. Complete with decorative lighting, sleek modern interior and lounge area, as well some really nice custom cars being worked on inside. The lounge area is relaxing and they have an espresso pod machine, which unfortunately I could not get to work. I started getting quotes all around town and decided to go with these guys based not only on their reputation but also their competitive pricing. I work 6 days a week during normal business hours, but Arsen was able to squeeze me in at the end of the day with just a few hours notice from me. I wasn't exactly sure what shade I wanted but Arsen was very helpful with showing me examples on cars he had around the shop. That made it much easier to make up my mind. Instead of waiting in the shop, I was given a loaner car to help pass the time. While the service only took a couple of hours, this was a MAJOR convenience. I received my car back and it looked better than I ever could have imagined. Within a couple of days the few bubbles that were present had completely worked themselves out as Arsen had mentioned. I wish I would have gotten tints long ago as the performance has been stellar and I no longer feel like a baking chicken on my commute home!
