So this is my new favorite pizza place! But literally the best customer service I have ever experienced. From the moment my family and I walked in everyone spoke and made us feel like we were apart of the team. They were so friendly and the energy there was great!!! Food came out so fast and was so good. They even gave us the garlic bread to try which was amazing! Not to mention that you get all the toppings you want for no extra cost!! Where can you do that at... nowhere!!!! Price is so cheap!!!! I'm so excited that we have a mod pizza in auburn now. This will be our new Sunday lunch date! read more

The woman that was making our pizzas kept going back and forth when asking for toppings between my husbands pizza and mine. NEITHER pizza had very much of the items we asked for, she kept saying "what do you want on the first pizza, what do you want on the second pizza" talk about confusion. It wasn't busy and she never gave me the anchovies I asked about when we first went up to order. She just said that the anchovies weren't out yet. She didn't even bother to get them out. We both felt very rushed, couldn't even figure out all the toppings as there wasn't any labels on any of the items. Perhaps ordering could go smoother if they added labels to the toppings (as most other Mod Pizza stores do)so the customers can make an intelligent topping choice. Pizza is a treat for me once in a while and I like being able to choose my toppings. To add to our confusion, the woman taking our orders chose to allow a woman whose child's dirty shoes were not only on the counter but OVER the sneeze guard to continue doing so without the common sense to ask the woman to get her child off the counter. We didn't leave the woman a tip (we are usually able to leave tips for great service) HOWEVER, the young man that was cutting up our pizza was very kind and attentive. HE deserves a raise! We will try this store again, but we will ask then to provide us with the courtesy of being able to order our pizzas one at a time, as it should be. read more

These guys are great. They are extremely busy but keep a greet attitude and professionalism.

The only positive thing I found here was all the toppings you want for no additional price. My pizza was burned and hard because they press the dough too thin. So loud in there you have to tell them what you want a half dozen times. A tad disappointed. Will probably go back The Rock even though they are overpriced. read more

Not impressed. The pizza isn't bad but they are so dang stingy with the toppings. I shouldn't have to keep asking for more olives and mozzarella while they just add a tablespoon more mozzarella and 5 more slices of olives at a time for example. And i don't like the fact that toppings on the ingredients table are getting into other toppings. It looks sloppy. read more

Customer service was great but ingredients were substandard. Crust was thin but tough, toppings including meats were flavorless. Only thing good was the fresh garlic. Tried it based on reviews but wont go back again. read more

We were so disappointed!!! Its hard to find a pizza joint that offers gluten free and dairy free options for our kids. We headed over here and there was a long line and yummy smells. As we got closer and observed their food handling practices we began to worry a little, but our experience at another chain that rhymes with haze still had us hopeful that with a wipe down and glove change it would all be okay. However, the closer we got and the more we saw how careless they seemed to be with controlling toppings the more carefully we began to watch. In other locations the person who does the cheese doesnt also handle other toppings, but not here, at least not tonight. The final straw for us is when we saw them reach into the vegan cheeses container which is kept off the line for a reason with the same gloves the worker had been wearing while dipping hands in regular cheeses and every other topping. This location could use some serious training in the area of food handling. read more

Terrible service. Our sports team had a fund raiser there. Waited in line for 1 1/2 hours before getting to order. They would process 1-2 online orders per customer standing in line. I will never return to a MOD. read more

Lines too long for "fast food" pizza. Went to get dinner tonight around 7:00 pm.. by 7:30 I was still waiting. It was not staffed to handle the volume and it was frustrating for the internet orders took precedence over those in line. Left with no dinner. read more

Been here a handful of times, pizzas don't taste the same as in Seattle (pizza was dry). Probably won't go back.

We used to come here every weekend. Pizza was good. However, online order way too long. We had to stand in the store and wait over 15mins even they texted order was ready for pick up. Otherwise, everything is clean and friendly staffs. I will go back there again though. read more

I wish I could give more stars but I can't. The few times that I've actually been in, either no one knows what's going on, pushes me through so fast that I can barely order or get told that I need to hurry. Tonight's experience was no better. I got held up in line because the girl working was busy flirting with the boy ordering. Their giggling commenced for a good 8 minutes before he actually ordered. I got treated like my requests were ridiculous when I was ordering my final toppings. It was some tall and bigger guy who seems to take this attitude with a select few people. When I finally got my pizza, my drive home is about 5 minutes and it was still cold and doughy in most places. So I had to put it back in my oven and cook it some more. Not the point of going out for pizza. You guys are new to our hood and all of us were really excited for you to be here. Hopefully you get your shit together and teach these kids not flirt and to actually cook a pizza. read more

Overrated and overpriced. Other locations I've been to decorate with locally themed stuff. Not this one. It's decor is made up of graffiti "art'" and pictures of tattoos and piercings. The employees were nice but that is it. If you want less than average pizza go Costco and save yourself $10. read more

Online ordering is a waste of your time. They don't care about the time quote, people in line are just like you, stuck waiting. Claim it's a new store thing.... nope, my receipt has a time stamp, just put it in the oven at the right time or don't take orders. 30 minutes after time quoted which was 45 minutes after the order. I never write reviews but every single time I am on a lunch break i have to order Half an hour ahead of time and even when I get there AFTER the scheduled pickup time they are just putting the pizza in the oven and im spending half my lunch break waiting for my pizza to be pulled out of the oven. The online ordering system is meant to be wait free but you really end up waiting for way too long. Spending your lunch break or free time waiting for something that was promised to be on time but is actually far late from what they promised. read more

Came here during opening week and it was super busy. BUT not every employee was wearing gloves. The guy making the dough and the girl cutting the pizza both did not have gloves on! Also the guy making dough picked something off the ground and then went back to what he was doing without washing his hands first! We recently celebrated an important family event and the manager went above and beyond to recognize our special day and make it awesome! This restaurant wants to be a part of our community/neighborhood and it shows! Its not another just another chain and we love that.
