First time ordering from Four Season Pizza. Ordered online. Not particularly easy, but not that hard. (The website needs work, but they have been understandably busy. I fear they'll lose business until their website improves though. The pictures not matching the descriptions, far too much remaining boilerplate text from the site template, etc.) Question if online orders are attended to as quickly as phoned-in ones. Our pizzas were not ready when hubby arrived to pick them up 40 minutes later on a rainy Monday evening, and the shop did not appear busy. All pizzas were thin crust, which was thankfully not cracker-like. Amount of toppings appears lackluster. Flavor is good on all three pizzas, but would be better (esp on the Euro) with more toppings. I got white & garlic sauce on the pepperoni, sausage & mushroom and it was really very good. Wish there were more mushrooms, but the pizza was delicious. Cheese pizza was pretty good. Not amazing, but pretty good. Happy to support a local business, and will order again to try the Indian-inspired pizzas. There's better pizza available, but not in the Auburn area. Auburn finally has a restaurant that could prosper in any big city. We travel to Seattle or Tacoma once a week to eat out. Auburn has some very good restaurants, but until now, nothing GREAT! Notion of Spice (AKA Four Season Pizza) is phenomenal. We ordered Tikka Masala Chicken, Aloo Beans, and Lamb Curry. All three came with a full serving of basmati rice and flavor profiles that were deep and rich. The veggies and potatoes in the Aloo Beans were cooked to just the right texture. Unlike many lamb dishes the Chef's Special Lamb Curry was heavy on tender and flavorful meet. The Tikka Masala was classic. We will still go to Seattle once a week, but now for GREAT INDIAN food we can stay in Auburn. Also.. a shout out to the cooks for preparing delicious food when it was 95 degrees outside. read more

New spot serving up hot pizza. I was really hoping to LOVE this pizza, I'm one of the biggest fans of pizza out there. I've had 1000's of slices of Za'. I go out of my way to try new pizza places on the search for the best slice. Unfortunately, This just isn't it... -The store is clean, organized, and the staff is polite. They even gave me a free bottle of water. I always choose a signature" pizza when trying a new place. I ordered the Tandori Chicken Pizza. -The crust...just look at the other reviews, something is WRONG. It's thin for the wrong reason, no flavor, no true "crust", and the crunch that is there is just because the dough turned hard, not crispy. -The sauce...it's a Tandori pizza but it comes with a red marina sauce???? Why not spice it up and go with a curry style sauce and really embrace those flavors? Aside from that nothing special from the plain red sauce that was on it. -The cheese and toppings...look at the picture, I tried one bite with original construction of the pizza but could hardly eat through the MOUNTAIN of cilantro. Had to take off some, and look how much is left. ALL OF THESE toppings and almost every bite has no flavor that's bursting through to your taste buds...except for one. The Tandori chicken pieces, somehow not hot compared to the rest of the pizza, this topping is the only flavor and really does stand out in comparison. Maybe try a more typical pizza they offer? Or maybe don't? I'd say try your luck elsewhere if you're really looking for the best pizza in auburn. read more

Wow! They have moved and are now Bombay Plaza Indian Cuisine- Nation of Spices. Next to the supermarket. Fantastic Indian food and I am picky! I had the chicken Tika masala, garlic naan, mango lassi and chutneys. Everything was excellent the menu is very extensive. I plan to try a lot of it. I would give 3.5 stars but I'd also rather give 4 than 3 because the people seem nice and it's a new business. I got the 14 inch meat pizza, added green peppers. They are generous with the toppings, you can really feel the weight of it. The thing I wasn't the biggest fan of is the crust. It's thin and hard, no real chewiness or bubbling up of the crust you find most places. It's not really like a thin crust, with the cracker texture it's just kind of hard baked. Even how thin the crust is, it holds the weight of the heavy toppings well I'll give it that. This place is at the corner of the market, if you'll blink you'll miss it. I would try it, it might be more you style and give a local business a chance for me I probably won't be back. read more

Well the delivery is quick. The price was comparable to other local places. The crust seems almost like it's a wheat crust? It was bland. I liked the crispness of it, but it definitely was off. The sauce was bland. I was hoping for more spice to add flavor. Toppings were generous proportions. But it still needs flavor to make it good. We tried them when they first opened and I think it was more tasty then. Not sure I'd call them first next time I don't feel like cooking. But it wasn't awful! read more

We tried the Tandoori Paneer pizza tonight. I don't usually like to leave negative reviews, but I need to help level out this restaurant rating a little bit. Pros - flavor wasn't bad, loved the fresh ginger and toppings were pretty decent. Cons - the crust! Definitely need a new dough recipe. The crust had the texture and taste of frozen store bought pizza crust. Such a disappointment. I think if you want an Indian pizza locally, Robin Hood pizza is the way to go read more

All I have to say is at first I wasn't sure about the place but then I got my food and made it back to my place and I devoured the whole thing I can't remember the Indian style one but it had chicken and it was amazing and the taco pizza was great too but don't forget the pesto cheese bread sticks!!! This is a fairly new joint and we tried it for the first time. Honestly not a lot of restaurants surprise me anymore, but this was an innovative fusion to blend Italian and Indian. What's more it was SO good. We tried the two tandoori pizzas (one cheeseless) and they were both new flavors, well executed and delicious. The picky eater 9 yr old got a cheese pizza that won us the coveted 2 thumbs up. Even the desserts - usually stale and dry afterthoughts in any reasonably priced restaurant in these parts - were moist and delicious. I'm honestly not a huge fan of Indian food, finding it too saucy and often the ingredients a little too much of a mystery - but my bf loves it. This place was a huge find for us. The Indian pizza presents fresh, identifiable ingredients while still giving some of those key Indian flavors that I do enjoy. I understand that they will be extending their traditional Indian dish options soon - which is going to lock this place in as a regular stop for us. read more
