The food was good. I like that they have a variety food options other than pizza. The service was good too.

Absolutely S-tier pizza, happy to see they've moved a little closer to where I am, they really put their best step in. Even opened up shop when there were no staff just for me. They have some funny signs and the same cozy atmosphere. The cheese and oil on the pizza were decadent, and the crust was soft and moist croissant dough like.

    America's Most Wanted dynamite crust

We felt like trying a new pizza place and saw this place recently opened. Got the America's Most Wanted dynamite crust. A little bit pricey, but definitely worth it in my opinion. Get some marina sauce on the side to dip the crust into. Great tasting pizza.

    Cake with mold.

We ordered a piece of chocolate cake for delivery for a pregnancy craving. The piece of cake that was delivered had mold on both sides in the chocolate mousse filling. We called and were told we'd receive a call back, a new piece of cake delivered, and a refund. It's been at least an hour with no call back and no new delivery. Cake had pretty obvious mold and can't believe it was sent out.

Ordered a Caesar and a custom sandwich because the ones on the menu are lacking. I've tried 2 of them before with my other orders. Thinking because this one cost more on the menu and I get to choose the items, it would be better. It wasn't. The protein is always skimpy. Their pizza is solid. But I would steer away from sandwiches or calzones. They lack inspiration and flavor.

This is a no judgement zone... Right? Okay, good. So, a couple weekends ago I had a little too much wine. It happens. But the thing is, if I have a DROP of alcohol, I'm convinced I need to order food. But, when it's Sunday at 1 am, there's not many options. Imagine my absolute JOY that Slice of Italy was open when I needed them! I ordered their cheese bread and pepperoni pizza with cheese stuffed crust. HEALTH. And lemme tell you, it was fantastic. So good. Maybe it was the wine talking, but in that moment, it was the best pizza I think I've ever had. Seriously! Delicious pizza, decent prices, and open late every day. There's literally nothing to complain about.

Baked Ziti and Salad. Both were amazing!!

Clean welcoming environment. Excellent and speedy service. Great food, especially recommend the buffalo wings, tender, juicy, flavorful.

I would almost call it serendipity, but I was certainly searching for something, I just didn't know exactly what. I had a day off and had spent the earlier part of it wandering, looking for any remaining independent produce stands, butcher shops, or just something that felt like it would nourish and heal me because I had been feeling....well? physically, emotionally, existentially, and psychologically, like absolute crap. Historically I've spent years independently studying nutrition and biochemistry, herbalism and traditional medicine, but over the years I'd strayed from those things and lost my way. All this to say I may have forgotten some things but I recognize when someone else knows their stuff. I wandered into Sunshine Corners, originally for a good sandwich and maybe some produce. What immediately struck me was how comforting this place was, and how much it felt like the old school apothecaries or coop's before they became adulterated by mainstream capitalist influences. Stay with me here. I overheard Tony talking to one of the people at the front desk and immediately realized "ok, that guy knows his stuff". Meekly, when he had a moment, I walked over to him and basically, in a sort of desperate manner, laid out my litany of aches and pains and mysterious ailments, expecting an abrupt hand waving answer. That is not what I got. Tony spent what might have been somewhere between 45 minutes and an hour with me, patiently asking me questions and pulling out reference literature. He recognized things in me that no one else had been able to see, and pointed me in a direction that has allowed me to focus on actually getting better rather than just collapsing in frustration. Tony, if you're reading this, the time you spent helping me meant so much to me. Your years of wisdom made a huge impact, but more importantly, your humanity.

The atmosphere immediately sets the tone with its beautiful semi-open kitchen design and an irresistible display of desserts that practically begs you to save room for the end of your meal. What stood out even more was how incredibly clean everything was--without question one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever dined in. Do yourself a favor and start with the meatball sampler. It was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to begin the meal. I ordered the crab and scallop pasta, and my wife chose the seafood linguine. Both dishes were exceptional--fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. We ordered the smaller portions and were pleasantly surprised by how generous they were. The portions were just right and left us completely satisfied. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Our server was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and struck the perfect balance of being available without hovering. Between the immaculate dining room, warm atmosphere, incredible food, and top-notch service, this was one of the most enjoyable restaurant experiences we've had in a long time. We can't wait to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an outstanding Italian dining experience. Five stars all the way!

The tomato-based cioppino was one of the better ones we have had. I did knock off one star for value. The menu is a bit pricey, and the "light portion" options on the menu must be pretty small, based on the "full portion" dishes we ordered. All in all, I'm sure we will be back.
