I recommend the all meat of the ones with jalapeño if you like a spicy kick. You get ranch or marinara sauce to go with it. I'd recommend getting both! We had leftovers the next day and it was still good. Not a fan of the bread sticks, it was a little dense for me, and bread texture was a little weird as well. We ordered almost 200 dollars worth of food for delivery. The original eta was 45 minutes after we ordered. I got a text not 1 minute after ordering saying that now the eta was one hour and a half. Ok..... it's a large order, we'll give you the time, but then it didn't show up until 20 more minutes after that. Half of the order was missing, so we had to come pick it up. We paid all those fees to get delivery and still had to come pick it up. There was a half-hearted apology and no offer to reconcile, not even a refund for the delivery fee. When we got the first delivery, the food was cold on arrival so when we got the rest of it.... you can imagine. All for 20 dollar 12 inch pizzas. I can also not comment on how the store looks and whether it is spacious or not. They were so perfectly cheesy and some had a nice crisp to them. The pastry had the perfect texture and not too doughy. We as a company have been getting delivery for the last 10 years , I call up today 12/30/25 and put in large order to the tune of $312.82 . speak to girl, I stated several or more time that we would need the order by 12 at jet for the company meeting. Was it possible to get it to us by then. Never once did she ask if it was pick up or delivery , I stated once again it would need to be here at jet by 12. not sure how much more I can say on that. At 12:07 I call and speak to another person that states it has been ready for pick up , I say no we were supposed to get it delivered. he state it will get there as he will have the driver deliver. At 12:20 we get a call ,verifying our address , so at this point no driver was on the way. I called back and spoke to the girl again and she twisted my story when I ordered. So states the driver left 8 mins ago which was a flat lie , around 12:45 she showed up and delivered the pizza's her self, the technicians stated she kind of just through the pizzas on the table like it was a bother, She asked to speak to me , and I met her in the waiting room, she half assed apologized for the mix up and through in there that I never told her that it was delivery , so she assumed even though again I told her we needed to be here around noon for the meeting. I stated that maybe she should ask at the end of the conversation if it is delivery or pick up, she did not like that and as she was walking away said at least you got it , unprofessional and uncalled for. First of all I am a very finicky pizza person. I prefer pizza with NO red sauce or tomato's base (yuck). I love Pizazz's sauce and would choose any pizza. I Especially enjoy the pizza rolls so many different options.I like the everything from the layers of fresh items on top cheese and that sauce. We have ordered from them often. When we received our meal was completely wrong. I called and was told my order was confused with someone with a similar name. They said they had a problem with the a. Gdifferent delivery company. Not my fault. I called at 9:00 and I asked for a manager and all she could tell me was that she had no control over who delivered my meal. This place sucks. I downloaded their app and placed an order which was supposed to be ready in about 30 min. I showed up and parked at the time it was supposed to be ready. I then called to confirm it was ready and was asked to wait another 15 minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting in the parking lot I went inside to pick up the order thinking the extra 5 min I gave them would be enough. Nope, I was then gaslighted amd told they "JUST" put my order in the oven and were now chopping my salad. So I waited almost an hour from the initial order before I was told they were now preparing it. Yet everyone else that walked in picked up their order with ease. I felt like I was discriminated against as I have been with multiple businesses after a harassment campaign launched by local law enforcement against me where they have different stores and shops try to give me a hard time and get paid off to do so. This was part of the community harassment amd stalking program that Federal Way and lots of businesses participate in among other cities as well. I will never patronize this business again after this nonsense fest of continuous delays to preparing my order. I've ordered from here numerous time and they've always had great pizza but after tonight I will NEVER order from them again. The customer service was outright despicable. I placed my order at 5:45pm on a Friday night knowing that's a busy night, they said delivery would be an hour and 10 minutes, no problem! After an hour and 30 minutes I called to check the status, to which I was placed on hold. The "manager" got back on the phone and said they put my ticket on the counter and it got thrown away so my pizza wasn't even made. They said they could remake it and send it back out, but had to charge me full price because the "owners" would see that as product waste if they didn't charge me.
