    Pride no name cake

This pizza spot is so good I'm so glad they came to Texas I always had to go to Oregon to get my mod fix. The place was clean everyone was so friendly I love the No Name cakes especially the pride ones

    A half burt pizza

It was absolutely awful. One of your employees no joke was on drugs. Pretty sure he took an edible before he clocked in the only good guy who worked this night was named Ryan. He did a great job. Everyone else needs to be retrained or fired. After waiting 30 minutes to order our food, we didn't get our food for the next hour names got mixed up orders are mixed up, and we had to remake multiple pizzas one of my friends pizza. It was literally burnt to a crisp half of this pizza was an edible. Also, they stop wearing gloves about halfway through their shift soooooo

    Mad Dog

I ordered the Mad Dog mod-sized and mentioned that I wanted all the ingredients. I also opted for the No Name Cake. When my pizza was finally out of the oven, the employee asked if I wanted any toppings. I did not want any customizations, so I said no. The pizza was just okay. Although I am not a big fan of thin crust, the crust itself was not too bad. It's taste and texture was better than the usual thin crust. Unfortunately, the pizza was dry and I could not see or taste any of the red sauce. After eating the entire pizza, I was still hungry. Fortunately, I had purchased dessert which made sure to satisfy my hunger. Since the cake looked and tasted like a Ding Dong, I wonder if that is the reason for the name. If I had been unable to finish the pizza, I could have easily taken it home. Takeout boxes were shelved near the napkin & utensil.

    Delicious!!! Leftovers for breakfast tomorrow.

An awesome meal and dining experience! The owner made me a delicious custom pizza with several hand-picked toppings, guided by his culinary expertise. Thin crust (regular Mod Pizza) was nicely baked to perfection (crisp). Taste was exquisite. Staff were friendly, and the service was awesome. Restaurant was clean and ambiance very nice. I highly recommend dining here.

    Cheesy garlic bread

So, we've gone to both the Euless location and the Heritage Trace location. Both were excellent! First off, the prices are great. You can really load up a pizza and the price doesn't change! They weren't busy on our first visit, so I told them I was a first-timer and asked for a few suggestions. I of course started with mozzarella cheese but they suggested adding Asiago and cheddar (apparently a limited time option). We ended up getting pepperoni, black olives, artichokes, mushrooms and I can't even remember what else! In our second visit I added fresh garlic and that was absolutely a good call! They don't put much sauce on their pizzas, which I thought I wouldn't like, but turns out it was a perfect amount of sauce! We also ordered the cheesy garlic bread. It had tons of cheese - to the point that it was stringy when taking a piece from the middle. I love gooey cheese!! They offer red sauce, pesto and ranch for dipping. I went with both red sauce and pesto on our first visit. I wasn't wowed with the pesto but the red was great! On our second visit, I replaced the pesto with ranch - another good call, but I still preferred the red sauce for dipping. We will be back! I probably won't change my order up much, though. Sometimes you should just not mess with a good thing!

My boyfriend loved the chop cheese 5/5 I was not a fan of the chicken Caesar wrap because the texture of the chicken is off. It was tough and chewy and made me lose my appetite completely. Aside from that aspect the actual taste of the Caesar salad was good. 3/5 My daughter had the same issue with the chicken sandwich, she wasn't a fan because of that. The fries are basic, some were crunchy with a soft inside and some were very hard. 2/5 I am not sure we will return as the food is basic for an expensive price. I would suggest they at least offer some type of combo option to include a side and drink.

All three of different Bo's restaurants I tried, I found orderes were being held up waiting on chicken from the cook line. Maybe during busy times cooks should be dropping chicken constantly until the rush in over in order to fill orders in a timely manner. You still would be serving fresh hot and crispy chicken due to demand. Imagine how many more customers you could push through the system if you had chicken ready to fill orders. This location did have the best biscuits compared to the other two. The biscuits here were fresh and hot, like they just made them. At the other locations biscuts tasted like they sat under a heat lamp for hours and were very dried out and over cooked. Sweet tea was better at this location as well. It was the right sweetness and a litte stronger. Other two locations the tea was almost clear and barley sweet. This location is the best of the three I tried. I learned to go inside the restaurant to place a order because gas now days is too expensive to idle over 30 minutes in a drive thur. I do like the crispy crunch and hint of heat of the chicken. I'm not a fan of the sides but I haven't tried the mac & cheese yet, rumored to be good. Sweet tea was better here by far, but nothing special about it. HTO and QT have good sweet tea too.

Low value and chintzy earns Captain D's my "NOT Recommended" designation…read more I recognize that this location just recently opened, but the employees were clearly overwhelmed and under trained. At lunch time I would expect adequate staffing, especially immediately after their grand opening. This restaurant's food service fell well short of expectations. The food was poor quality at premium prices. The fish fillets tasted similar to Long John Silvers, but at a fraction of the size. The hush puppies were traditional. Unfortunately, I can't find anything complimentary to say about anything else. The stuffed crab was tiny and pasty. The shrimps were shrimpy, as in small, and over cooked. The fried okra was soggy, and the corn on the cob looked like it may have been cooked last week. But, none of that gets under my skin as quickly as doling out ketchup a few tiny squeeze packages at a time as though it's a rare and valuable commodity. It's a freakin condiment for pete's sake! To top it all off, I had one order made to go, and we found out much later that it wasn't made correctly. The ambiance is a smart and clean fast food restaurant with limited seating. It appears to seat maybe 25 customers. As cramped as the dining area is, it appears that the service and kitchen area is even worse. I'm not sure what they were trying to accomplish by restricting the footprint like that. So, my experience at Captain D's fell well short of a earning my recommendation and continued patronage. In my opinion the word "chintzy" best describes every aspect of this restaurant.

It was one of those places you just kept going back to because the food was consistently great and it felt like a true Chicago institution. So when Portillo's finally came to Texas, I was thrilled. Let's start with the star of the show...the Italian Beef with hot peppers. It's incredible. Order it dipped and you will be in food heaven. And if you really want the ultimate Chicago move, make it a combo by adding the Maxwell Street sausage. That combination is absolute perfection. Messy, bold, and ridiculously good. Of course, the Chicago-style hot dogs are outstanding too. Just make sure you order it the right way and "drag it through the garden." That means the full lineup of toppings, just like they do in Chicago. It's the real deal. The sides are fantastic as well. The crinkle-cut fries are always solid, and the onion rings are super crispy and addictive. If you're trying to behave a little, the chopped salad is my wife's favorite. It's fresh, loaded with flavor, and honestly one of the best salads you'll get anywhere. And here's the surprise for people who haven't tried it...the hamburger is fantastic. Big, meaty, juicy, and full of flavor. I'll say it plainly. It's better than just about any fast-food or fast-casual burger out there. Bottom line...Portillo's isn't just another restaurant. It's a Chicago legend that delivers every single time. I'm glad Texas finally got the memo.
