Was extremely embarrassed by the staff tonight and the manager working was no help. I'm not a person at all who complains or makes a scene and would cringe when my mom would do it lol! but the staff tonight was extremely non accommodating and rude. Ordered for curbside and the phone wasn't working. Waited another 30 minutes just to tell me there was no curbside order and I would've needed to come into the store. So frustrating! Rating four stars because Scott the general manager was extremely kind and made up for any issues I had. Doesn't help that the food rocks too! read more

Underwhelmed this time. The pizza does have good, fresh ingredients and so many options. Mine just was doughy on the bottom. I couldn't pick up the slices. When you try, you have to fold everything and shovel it and the toppings in your mouth like an animal before it slops off the piece. The GM had excellent customer service though. We came in not knowing what to expect and WOW we were really pleased. The pizzas are customizable at no extra cost ranging from three sizes: Mini, Mod, and Mega. The employees were very nice. You can also order creations on a menu and add onto it or take off of them. You get your own drink, own plates, own condiments which is great. This place is amazing! I had never heard of it before and pizza is my staple, so I had to check this out. I ordered the half Dominic and half Mad Dog MOD size and it was extremely delicious and satisfying. The Dominic was alright but the Mad Dog delivered. My friend bought the Calexico and it was also delicious. You really can't go wrong with toppings, so get creative. I also tried the vanilla milkshake with Oreo pieces and that was fine, just like every other cookies and cream milkshake. I'm definitely recommending this place to my friends and coming here more often. I would advise ordering online before coming in. The service is great but it can take some time. I guess that's what it takes to have an amazing meal. The establishment is also clean and neat. I'm sure it'd be a great place to catch a meal with a friend or a significant other. I visited this spot in Summerwood on Sunday 11/8/20 and it was as though they were going out of business. We were told they were out of garlic, chicken was frozen, no bottle opener for the beer?, and lastly they out of napkins. I would not have commented except for them being out of napkins during COVID. We had to go to the ladies room to gather napkins (yuk). It seemed to be a major break in communication and horrible management. I didn't get sick. That's all you ask for when you visit a restaurant when it opens. The pizza is okay, not great, not very good, its okay. Its served pretty fast and you get a good amount of toppings to choose from. They did have an issue with flies on my visit, wasn't that concerned as they are putting the pies in a hi temp oven, no bacteria coming out of that alive but I didn't order a salad that day. read more

The employee who cuts pizza was not wearing gloves. That is very unsanitary. I visited this business around 4pm on a Saturday, fairy busy but that does not excuse the fact that my pizza looked like a 5 year old made it. Uneven amount of cheese and pepperoni. The staff seems like they don't really care. The guy making my pizza just threw stuff on my pizza without even trying to spread it. The girl who served my pizza coughed on my food and just gave me a sauce cup when I asked for ranch on the pizza with out letting me know they were out in the bottles so she couldn't top my pizza with it. I should've read the reviews, does the manager not care? I placed an order online before driving to the store. Online said my order would be ready at 8:14pm, I got there at 8:21pm and basically stood because no one greeted me. I realized I was in the walk-in line instead of the pickup so went to the pickup section. There was a girl ahead of me and the girl who was supposed to be helping (long braids), wanted to stand around and chit chat instead. She never acknowledged me or the girl who'd been waiting ahead of me. Then she went to the back, got her purse, fixed a drink, and left, NOT A WORD. A guy who was making online orders stopped and came over to help us and the girl ahead of me's pizza was already done just sitting back there waiting in a box. He gave it to her, she was visibly irritated (as she should be) and she left. Come to find out, my pizza wasn't even started this whole time. I love how you can walk in and just pick your own toppings. There's something about pizza that's exciting especially when it's paired with good beer. Im not a fan of marinara so I usually opt for just olive oil and light toppings. My favorite is the olive oil, mozzarella, sun ripened tomatoes when available, fresh basil, Parmesan and topped at the end with their fig balsamic glaze. Yum! It's great to have the chance to build your own pizza and that it's ready in such a short amount of time. Service is always fun at this location and fast. Another perk is being able to order online. MOD Pizza is a favorite but not this location. The food is hit or Miss, the staff is unprofessional, and the restaurant can be, at times, dirty. I have left her very disappointed at the service, the lack of professionalism of the young staff, lack of obvious training of the staff by management, and the lack of care they take when making pizzas. The salad lettuce has also been brown or contained brown lettuce more times than I care to remember. I shouldn't have to ask for fresh salad, again lack of training. Owners need to retrain staff and be more attentive of their establishment. Very disappointing. Try another location if possible! read more

New favorite place! The line was long but it went by fast. We were a little unsure what to get on our pizza's at first but the workers were pretty patient. We had a party of 6 but are food came out in about 10 minutes. I enjoyed my pizza a lot. It's important to know to ask for more cheese cause they are a little stingy on it. Not my first time to MOD. But first unpleasant visit. The line was long but didnt wait too long. I never review but downloaded Yelp to leave a review. Floor, counters, tables and kitchen were very dirty. Normally, I go for the tea but the sweet tea machines look like they have never been cleaned. I risked it and tasted it tea was stale and old. Cashier had a used bandage falling from his face. And extremely rude. I would suggest going to a different MOD. read more

Food is great once you get it. There is usually a line to the door in the evening...which means you're 25 minutes away from getting your food. I have one major issue with this place. There is an employee that always happens to be working in the evening when we show up. He wears a dangly bracelet on his wrist, which he drags across every pizza that he ends up touching. We've seen that same bracelet at least 3 times with months between visits. It's pretty gross to think about that bracelet being on his wrist all day, every day and then dragging across your food. This pizza I built tasted fantastic, but I was a bit disappointed by the selection and lay out. I like spinach on my pizza but they had it all the way at the beginning and were trying to rush me through, I didn't dare ask for it later. The people helping me acted like it was a personal offense every time I asked for something more on my pizza, then they placed the barest minimum on my pizza and I would have to ask for more. In the selection category, I eat at build you own pizza places a lot, and this place had only half the selection I normally see, and most of what I would normally put on my pizza was either not there or way back at the beginning.
