Let me start that typically I enjoy the pizza here. But we aware that when you place an order online when checking out they will not accept payment without paying at least a 20% tip! I tried several ways to submit payment. I will never order on line again. Ridiculous to pay a tip for an online order. read more

Taste like cardboard. Not enough toppings. Flat burnt bread. 3 pizzas and some breadsticks was 50+ dollars. Way too expensive for not enough everything. I'll never go back. The guy making the pizza was cool and very nice. That was the best part. read more

Love that we can select our own toppings. We prefer it to go and ordering online to pick up is very easy and fast. They do a pretty good job on the toppings. For a while, they were kind of short on some toppings but it has been better the last few times and since I only order an all veggie pizza and no meat then I expect them to give a good amount of toppings. I like the cauliflower crust. It cooks up nicely and tastes great...can hardly tell the difference. The salads are awesome too! read more

This is one of our favorite place to eat by our hotel. Pizza and salad are both very good. I love, love, love they have vegan cheese. They have tons of toppings and let you build either your salad or pizza just how you like it so every time you go it can be different if you want. They're open later than most places in the area. The service runs from good to great depending on whose working. They kind of spoiled us at this location because I tried a MOD Pizza back in Fort Worth and thought, what the heck is going on? This location is always clean and friendly read more

Rating Reduction for unresolved prior issue. It's not about the money at this point. No one from their corporate office has demonstrated acknowledgement of THEIR role in a managerial escalation as promised. AGAIN, BEWARE when card terminals at restaurants prompt for (voluntary???) tips at POS, PRIOR to completion of dining experiences (right...they want you to tip BEFORE you get SERVED). THIS entire experience with Mod Pizza diminished an otherwise, potentially pleasant and satisfying 1st time dining experience with an area's newest pizza competitor (among MANY in a 1-3 mi. radius), into a "go away, not interested in keeping customers" perception - by their CORPORATION; as the Manager, Dejuan (sp?) remained empathetic throughout. PAY CASH and KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS. read more

And as I'm standing there ready to build my pizza a guy had two orders that were late and no one would help him. Not impressed with this bunch of workers. We love MOD but this is definitely our favorite location! The people are always so friendly, greet with a smile and have great conversations in between the pizza prep process. Iada and Stephanie are awesome! Sometimes our orders get crazy with the amount of toppings we request but they pile those veggies on for us with no regrets! Walked into this location with my brother and my service animal and within seconds the manager, Cody Fields, comes up to me without asking any questions and tells me that my dog couldn't be in the restaurant. I understand the policies and respect them but this isn't my first rodeo I've had my dog for 6 years now and I wouldn't bring him in if he wasn't a registered service animal. The way he came across was rude and just unwelcoming. The whole time we sat there eating he wouldn't stop looking our way. Being the manager one would expect something different. First and last time we'll be eating at the Kingwood location. This may not be much to many but if you have a service animal you would understand. read more

I have been here twice in the month of March 2019. Both times the pizza was great. We got a salad this time that was recommended by staff, it turns out excellent. I am also very impressed with the customer service. It is a very young staff, so I commend management. Service was fast, friendly with great personality. read more

Pizza is great! Girl with the blue hair needs to get checked and be told to not be rude to new customers! I came here with my partner for the first time and we were lost on how to order so my partner went up to the register for some help but was directed by that blue haired chick very rudely that it's at the other end. I get that some people have bad days but it's totally unacceptable to bring it into work. Workers need to be more welcoming! Pizza was great! read more

Terrible operations. They ignore the online orders coming in and blame "short staffed" as the problem. It was clear I ordered online before everyone that walked thru the door but yet my order came out AFTER everyone else got theirs. Online ordered puts you in the back of the line although it is meant to be more efficient. read more

So basically they misplaced my kid's pizza. Like it was a plain ole pepperoni pizza. I chose this location because it is on the way home. From now on, I'm going to the Mod on Kingwood Dr. I've never had any issues there and my pizza is always on point. Still waiting for them to remake my kid's pizza. read more

My life group came to this location on 7/21 to have lunch as a class. I ordered a Mod and it was crafted with perfection to my satisfaction. The line was long but moved quickly. I did not feel rushed when I was creating my masterpiece. They were very patient and placed as many ingredients on the pie that I wanted no questions asked. The wait for my pizza to be ready did not seem out of line. What I received was hot and fresh which is how I like my pizza. All of the ingredients were top notch. There seemed to be plenty of seating for our group. I will add that both Kingwood Mod Pizza locations are great and I will most definitely be back for my next slice soon. read more

First off ...I love MOD Pizza! I like the thin crust ,I get to see the toppings ,the price is fair, but... Recently tried a vegan, gluten-free diet, which limited my food choices in Kingwood. Noticed Mod Pizza offered a cauliflower crust pizza option. Was pleasantly surprised by this crust! Was thin and crispy and you wouldn't know it wasn't a traditional crust. They also offer vegan mozzarella, which was OK, but didn't impress as much as the cauliflower crust. Will definitely be back for more if that cauli crust! read more

Love MOD Pizza, I've been to several locations. But this one by far has some of the best ambiance you could ever find inside a restaurant. Awesome artwork, friendly people, delicious pizza. I had been wanting to give this place a try. SOOOO glad I did. The crust was perfect (IMO). Not too this or thick. Had it delivered - still hot - not soggy like some delivery pizza. My husband and I ordered our own "build your own". We both really liked ours. I had the margarita type and he had meat lovers like pizza. I ate all of mine and would have eaten more if I had another one. Not that I was hungry, just liked it so much! Will definitely order again. read more

So be prepared to pay for the size of your pizza plus each topping. You can order a few select specialty pizzas on their menu. I have to say the fact that: the crust was crispy, not greasy, not too thick, and the flavor and amount of the pizza sauce was just right. I'm an in between thin and hand tossed pizza crust preferred so this was perfect. Other than that, we liked it so much we'll be back when we're craving a good pizza. It would be a great perk if there were some specials even if it was 10% off your take out order or a special when you buy two pizzas. We ordered the 18" pepperoni pizza and 14" meat lovers.

My pie was really good, they must have a really good and hot oven as my pie was crispy with the thin NY style crust and jus the slightest bit of char on the rolled edges. About the only thing that I'm knocking off a point for was the cost, these pizzas aren't cheap like the usual chain pizzas are. My 14 inch pizza with tax and a small tip was $39 and change! Now, I did bring half home so I guess it will cover 2 meals but still, that seems like a lot for a pizza. I know that since Covid, operating costs are up, as are rents and labor. I sort of wish they offered a smaller lunch size like 8-10 inches round.

The cheese sticks are so nice and warm,cheesy and flavorful they are delicious on their own without the marinara sauce but if you like the marinara it's also delicious. As for the star of the show, the pizza, was the perfect ratio of cheese, pepperoni and olives. You get a bit of all ingredients up until the very end. The thin crust has that nice cracker like crunch as you bite into it. Hands down the best pizza I've ever had in so long. Don't walk, run to Pizza Hut today!
