Overall this location was incredible! I always enjoy Mod pizza but this time was different (In a wonderful way) the employees at this location set it apart from other Mod's, in fact they're the reason I give it such a high rating. The food was also delicious, as it always is . I walked in the store around 9:45 on a Sunday night and the store closes at 10:00. I felt bad for coming in so late but I was really craving some Mod pizza. I was surprised that even though I came in late I was quickly helped and greeted with multiple smiles. I began to chat with my pizza maker whilst he was making my pizza and he even gave me tips for ways to craft the pizza to add a little more flavor. It was near closing while I was waiting and the store was entirely empty except for myself so I began to chat with the employees and they were all helpful with any questions I had. Not only were all four of them helpful, but they were genuinely kind people and I thoroughly enjoyed the conversations. Afterwards I took my order to go and I enjoyed one of the best Mod pizzas I have ever eaten. The names of the employees are Autumn, Johnathan, James, and Joseph. I love pizza and had a horrible experience at this location from some odd reason. I came during a time before dinner and after lunch so I can avoid the the hassle to order for me and my family. Normally, I'm greeted when I come in but instead, I had to wait in front of the ingredients for about 7 minutes until an employee offer to help me. The employee came from the back of the store, and they didn't wash their hands when before putting on gloves so I asked them to do so which made me have to wait a little longer. I ordered three mod pizza's sizes togo. I wished I would have checked my pizzas before I left. When I got home, all of the bottoms was completely burnt and i had to scrap and eat the top part as much as I could. Which still left my family hungry and wanting something edible to eat! It's always so cool to meet other people with your same name. Pink haired Rachel was the bomb. She gave great suggestions on what to put. Definitely recommend the white sauce with garlic rub and pesto. Normally I get the Dominic and add to it, but she gave great suggestions on what to add. Sweet hot peppers and green peppers go great. Next time I'll throw on some chicken and ham with maybe roasted reds and black olives. Great place to eat. Store was very clean when I went in. Bathrooms looked great and everything was stocked. Super great energy and they "HEYYY" or "WELCOME TO MOD" as soo. As you walk In never gets old. I was once a hungry man, estranged from nary the slightest of morsels. The road was long, and with each breath came the scratch of the dust aroused with each motion of my weary cadence. My vision began to fail me as reality mingled into a watercolor mirage, this was to be the end of me. Just then, a neon God erupted through the haze, blasting upon me all the hope carried with its silent vigil. The message so profoundly thrust into my mind was "Mod". The staff at this location is so rude. definitely will go the extra few miles to valley ranch location. Then there was a guy employee that was messing with the dough for the pizza crust, then he went to the back and was emptying out the garbage cans and then came back out and started making more pizza crust with the same gloves as he was just playing with the garbage. the rudeness from the tall girl with short hair and a beenie on, to the guy playing with the garbage and the food with the same gloves on just done me in definitely not returning to thia location read more

I have eaten at many mods all over. This particular location is the only one that seems to always be prepared for customers at 10:30am when they open. The food is good at all locations that I frequent, even though some cook the pizza better than others. This is the only location that I know where the general manager walks out making sure you're happy with your food once you've started eating. Third time at this location. The kids were thrilled to see Monica was working. They loved her the last time. Monica helped my kids create their own individual pizza "artwork". She was very friendly, knowledgable and super patient with my kids (which is no easy feat !! ) Each pizza was "PERFECT" according to them. ( they ate all of it ) Mine was amazing too. This place is a delight! There is a single price for whichever size you order, regardless of the number of toppings. And they have a 6" mini which o s great for someone who doesn't like left overs. I love the staff here! So friendly and welcoming, and dedicated to making sure you have a good time. The atmosphere is good, the ingredients are fresh, and the pizza and cinnamon sticks taste delicious! Our pizza was ready in less than 5 minutes and was done perfectly (we asked for extra crispy). Excellent staff! Pizzas always come out great and the employees are always happy and helpful. They make great suggestions if its your first time. There are so many sauces, herbs, meats, veggies and cheeses! There are endless combinations, I'm able to make a new creation each time! And their no name cakes are so good for a dessert. read more

Staff is friendly and all smiles. Top of pizza was cooked to perfection. The bottom I had mixed feelings about. I like the bottom of the crust to be slightly burnt but there were parts of it that were beyond slightly burnt. Best MOD pizza I have been too! Staff is always friendly and their pizzas are cooked to perfection. There crust is never burnt or soggy which is something other locations have a problem with. I will definitely keep coming back. Dujuan is also very friendly and attentive making sure everything is clean and fresh. read more

This MOD is incredible! Love the location and the energy when I walk in.. always a different greeting Pizzas are always cooked perfectly and taste amazing. Good Pizza, made to order as you watch it prepared from an array of toppings choices. When I went to pay, the cashier asked if I wanted to input a tip! Oh oh. If I didn't tip BEFORE served, were we going to get worse service? I paid CASH and left a small tip on table. read more
