Toppings for the pizza fresh. Pizza light and I recommend extra crispy. It's about 10min til 5pm. We first sat in very back. Until the knats decided to join us. We quickly moved to the front. Only to listen to the pizza builder repeat the f word over and over to his co worker. He had glasses on. Too bad. And you promote family atmosphere. It's ok to be hip but do it with more class. Updating a review..... Previously I was very disappointed with not only the food but the service. After my review someone from MOD by the name of Nicolette reached out to me in regards to my message. I am not sure if she was from cooperate (I'm assuming she is) but she addressed my concerns. She assured me what happened that day did not represent their business overall and offered me a GC in order to give them another chance. I even before the GC offer was just happy someone actually read these from the business and reached out. That was already a plus sign. Anyways, I did finally go back and even took my parents and needless to say my experience was much better. Taste was good and it was very busy. A couple employees looked a little like they weren't thrilled to be there BUT for the most part everyone was friendly and courteous. In the end a much better experience then my last. This is got to be the most fun I've ever had ordering pizza. I keep it quiet so I don't get a whole lot of my friends figuring out about where it's at so I call it my Heidi Pizza. The place is always clean there's always a ton of business. If you go in there long enough they get to know you by name. Customer service is lacking big time, it seems no one is in charge and workers are meandering around instead of paying attention to the customers. Biggest problem is cleanliness doesn't seem to be a priority: tables were not cleared, the floor was full of food in the seating area and behind the service counter while 5-6 people were behind the counter doing nothing. Great pizza at a great price! I've used the Mod Pizza app to pre-order, and have been through the line. The pizza is on thin crust and has a fair amount of toppings. Something like the Chipotle or Subway sandwich-like pizza place. Walk up, choose a crust, then choose your toppings behind the glass before it goes in the oven. I recently arrived at the pre determined time I'd requested a pizza be ready through the app and it wasn't ready. The cashier apologized and offered a free fountain drink while I waited. Maybe three minutes later my order was ready. Great customer service. Great pizza! read more

I was not impressed. We anxiously waited for this place to open because the forum desperately needs a facelift in terms of food choices. Finally, the day came and after waiting in a line that almost went out the door, discovered that it's essentially a Subway of pizza shops and tastes about the same. Nooooo!!! I was shopping for flowers and plants and was very hungry and thirsty, so I fought to arrive to MOD pizza at the Forum at least one minute before closing, with the hope to be able to enjoy their wonderful pizzas, and boy, to my delight, Desiree and her team prepared for me a delightful pizza, with plenty of my favorite ingredients and a delicious glass of cold beer! We used to love MOD pizza. My husband, son and I have been there several times. Today we just didn't have a good experience. It seems like the staff hated being there and were upset they had to work on a Sunday evening. Crappy attitudes. This is not the first time that we had very unenthusiastic customer service. Not very inviting. Plus their system is just unreliable. They ask you what you want, then the next person doesn't even look at what you just told the last person to put on it and they end up putting the wrong things on. This is also not the first time this has happened. Then, when my husband went up to get the pizza's they said "Michelle" instead of "Michael". Not super uncommon names. Plus they gave one of our pizzas to someone else in a to go order. That guy ended walking out the store, and came back in a few minutes later saying that was not his pizza. The girl realizes it was our pizza and had put it on the plate and tries to give it to us! Really?!?!? They ended up giving us our money back but it's just really not worth it. The bad service and attitude alone makes us not want to go back. The Franchisee needs to update his staff. And corporate needs to fix their system. read more

Ordered food online as I was in the forum. Went straight there and no one else was in line to order. Went to the checkout and they couldn't find my ticket....when he looked further it had been jammed in the printer. I had ordered pizza, a salad and drink. When the order finally got put in line to be made there were now 3 people in line. Asked for the drink while I waited in the freezing lobby. When the pizza finally came out I had to tell them I also had a salad....it was way back at the beginning of the line just sitting there. Now I wait again for the salad to be made and for them to find tongs to mixed it up.....pizza now getting cold. She offered a drink but I already had paid for one...no sorry or any real rush to rectify the issues with my order. Really not sure anyone was in charge because they all knew there were issues but didn't seem real concerned. Lots of employees but very non-customer service friendly. Food was good once I warned it in the pizza at home but not sure I'll return because service is everything. read more
